We ordered from Pizza Hut today and it took over 2 hours to receive our pizza. The pizza we received wasn’t even the pizza that we had ordered. We attempted to call the store numerous times and they had shut their phone off. The Pizza Hut call center could not provide any assistance with getting us our order or with providing us a refund. We were informed by the delivery driver that the general manager shut down the store because they couldn’t keep up with orders. This was an absolute horrible experience from the store level all the way up to the corporate level. Absolutely the wrong decision to shut off your phones so you don’t have to deal with customers. I would have gladly gone up and picked up my order had I known they were short handed.

A fully stocked clean convenience store with fuel, snacks and many drink choices. Among other things, they offer a hot food bar (pic) which includes fried chicken, sandwiches, wings, combinations, etc., a pre-prepared Pizza Hut and a Quiznos Subs build-to-order place inside. I visited at 6:00 pm for a Pizza Hut pizza and drinks; The pizza is pre-prepared but there are multiple popular topping choices available that are cooked through a conventional pizza oven which took a typical 5 minutes.Likely a decent stop for visitors to the Sports Complex for quick food / drink.There were a total of 9 people in the store in addition to me at the time, which were taken care of quickly by three people behind the counter. The store was clean and presentable with shelves stocked and an obvious attention to order.The lady behind the Pizza Hut counter (Ma) was very friendly and attentive to my order. I also had a brief discussion with the manager who was very approachable and open to feedback. He is keen on customer service and cleanliness which was clear at the time of my visit.

horrible experience, there was a lady there whose eyes she could barely open (what’s with all the employees going to work high nowadays? ) rotten teeth, SCREAMING at me. For no reason. I placed the order for “curbside pick up” to be brought to the car, and she refused to bring it out to my car.I politely asked her to stop screaming at me and to give me her name and she just screamed even louder and refused to give me her name.I get it you don’t wanna work minimum wage but don’t scream at the customers. SO trashy!!Whatever your job is you should do it right and do it with courtesy and respect.. Shes Giving dominoes a bad name

We ordered by phone for takeout while driving from Sarasota. The pizza was ready when we arrived and hot. The staff was friendly and efficient. They also deliver to Lakewood Ranch, but we picked up this time.

Ok lets face it -if you don't like Pizza Hut Pizza this isn't going to help you. However, the local store is very quick and easy parking to pick up your takeout. If you order via the online app they send you coupons on a weekly basis so you get what you want at a great price. Always parking spaces outside so you can run in quickly and get your food. I am pleasantly suprprised but the orders are always correct which is a relief when you get home-no need to come back because they forgot something. This is a pick up only facility so if you want to eat it outside in the evening head down to the end of the parking area by the coffee shop-there are always empty tables outside.
