I am currently at this location and just witnessed a deeply concerning incident that should never occur in a food service establishment. A customer in the drive-thru was mistakenly given a three-piece chicken combo instead of the chicken strips she had ordered. After realizing the error, she returned to the restaurant with the incorrect order. An employee at the front counter accepted the returned food and placed it in the kitchen’s processing area. Shortly afterward, another drive-thru order came in requesting the same three-piece combo. The manager inquired about the returned chicken, and although I did not hear the employee’s response, I observed the manager proceed to repackage the same three pieces of chicken and hand them out to the next customer in the drive-thru. This practice of reusing food that has already left the premises and been handled by another customer raises serious health and safety concerns. This took place 11/26/25 approximately 7pm.

This place has awesome food. But the service is the worst I have ever seen. Every time I go there I end up regretting it. THEY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT EVER. They mess up my order every time like they're trying to do it on purpose. Like today, I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with fries, with two large mashed potatoes, a large macaroni and cheese and a chicken sandwich with no pickles. Guess what I got. I got two small mashed potatoes, no chicken sandwich, a large macaroni and cheese and no sauce. No, nothing with my chicken fingures. Then the lines so long I couldn't even go back to get my sandwich. Worst service I've ever seen. It's just ridiculous. This place needs a freaking manager and employees who knows what the hell they're doing. And don't get me even started about the how long you have to wait there. I won't even go there if they have one car in line. This will be my last time going there. Go to KFC!

So I went to Popeyes today and let me just say the workers are amazing…I had a very long day and I didn’t check my bag properly so I called and said I think they forgot something and without hesitation the manager said no problem your fine come back through the line and the guy came to my car because it was busy and he told me he put the missing item in one of their regular size cup containers and my dumbA didn’t even think it would be in that type of container and he still gave me the item I feel so bad they are amazing at this location always busy but always on point I’m so sorry on my end keep up the amazing work that you guys do
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. This might the worst restaurant top to bottom I’ve ever seen. Zero customer service skills from every member on staff. Order was completely wrong and tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in months. Overall absolutely terrible

Placed my tender meal order thru the drive thru at 7:20 here it is 743 and they had me park in the parking lot they weren’t letting no one wait at the drive thru window. Mind you there they weren’t even that busy, I shouldn’t have needed to wait that long. This is not the first time last time they told me it was a 20 minute wait for a chicken sandwich, do we left. But after today I will not be returning to Popeyes I didn’t rate the food as it was for my son. And atmosphere is because I had too much too park in a dark parking lot
