Why are all the people that work at Popeyes so hateful all the time I like the food but I don't like the service so I don't go there very much

Waited at the drive through speaker for several minutes before I pulled up only to find out they were short staffed and they are only taking orders for dine in only. Why have a drive through if you cannot accommodate it? Why couldn't someone have come over the intercom to let people know, what a waste of time.

I wasn't able to put this on ubereats. When I received my order it was nearly ice cold. They didn't give me the correct order. I had 3 piece dark meat they gave me a cold 2 enormous pieces of breast. I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders with ranch and I added on sweet heat, they didn't even give me the sweetheat which I had to pay extra for. I didn't receive my two drinks, our sides where thrown in the wrong containers and my fries were tossed in a huge bag. Popeyes food is good but their employees will be the death of them. This is not the first time something similar has happened. I wanted to give them another chance, but they always mess up my order or just plain don't give me what I ordered. If I could give zero I would!

We have been coming to this Popeyes every year for the last 7 years and it seems every time we come there is some problem. No help, the drive up is not, told to come in side to order (the parking lot is hardly comparable for the restaurant), and getting our order wrong. You say why do we come back? We love your chicken! This Popeyes is the only one with in miles of our condo. We came here 2 years ago and they had to call in a manager from Tampa to operate the restaurant.

I went there today, door was locked. There aren't really any restaurants that do not at least let you come in to order. The drive thru line was around the building and moving extremely slow. The food there is not waiting for, especially with the attitude you get from the rude staff.
Here is an update. See the pic I am posting with this review. If you need to know how to clean up you vomit or poop from their food, it’s posted right at the registers.

So this Popeyes is horrible in person or via delivery with door dash or uber eats…. In person they don’t give you what you order (via drive thru) and only to find out when you are already at home (shame on me) So to see if its maybe i bad day for them, I order under door dash and they accepted my order and charged me but cancel at the last minute and close the store… amazing stuff

I’m very impressed with Popeyes chicken in Bradenton,Florida. The chicken was very delicious, crispy and hot. I have gone there 3 times within the past two weeks. Hats off to the cooks. Keep up the good work.
