Totally inexperienced counter help. Took twenty minutes to heat two slices of pizza. Complete mess

2 1/2 hrs waiting. . Never arrived. Was told different excuses about when it was made, and in transit. Not risking how long it’s been sitting collecting bacteria.

Moving on to another reputable company.

the sarasota location is the best and i never have issue but i can here at 8:40 and they locked up 20 minutes early. brodie at the door was lowkey rude. food is always amazing though.

We've lived in the Sarasota area for decades. We have visited many of the locations. Always seemed to be pleased with the food. However, recently we noticed that prices advertised on the website we wrong for the Lakewood Ranch location, we were over charged on a large order. When we called to bring it to the attention of this location. We we're told prices change all the time, and the website can't keep up. Although they claimed it was on the website, they could not direct us where to find the disclaimer on their website. Just watch what you're charged here. In the end whoever took the call, ended up being rude and unprofessional. I don't think you will be valued as a customer.

My husband picked up a, “to go” order tonight. We both got a Stromboli. Mine was an all meat with onions. Mine was so burnt I couldn’t cut through it with a sharp knife. There was too much cheese on it and couldn’t taste any meat. Also, I’m used to the sauce inside the Stromboli. But, this one came with a small cup of sauce to dip in. Just didn’t like it at all.

Was scared to call delivery, worried about the price. After the worst customer service with the bigger chains, I called Rico's and found a pleasant voice in store ready to take my order. Fair price, great food. Had a hiccup and the manager solved it as soon as he found out. Great group of guys

Beware of ordering here. We ordered for the first time and an hour and half later called in to check the status and they lost the ticket. The owner then called to ARGUE with me about why they lost the ticket and how I’m wrong for paying over the phone! What a weird place..Rude and unprofessional, and worst of all - starving children and no pizza!!!

One of the last decent pizza places in town. Every other pizza place is commercial, industrial remade trash. Good service friendly staff and good pizza

Awesome place with friendly people. The pizza is the bomb. I left my house trying to find a New York style pizza place and I hit the jackpot. you can never go wrong with classic cheese.
