We have been local Rico's customers for a few years. Recently, things have not been good. We had a pizza that was basically dough, and then, this week, left on hold for over 7 minutes, I called back three times, only got the answering machine.

Been coming here for years.What a disappointment tonight. Grunge music playing. The girls seemed clueless, no utensils, no plates..... We had to ask for everything. Husband sent back his sandwich. Pizza was barely ok. Sigh.

First time eating here but came highly recommended by local and Jersey transplants - left feeling satisfied & stuffed!Arugula salad (4 outta 5) was quite good- fresh shaved parm cheese , tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette was just ok but wife loved it.Penne spicy vodka sauce w chicken add (4 outta 5) on was really good. Spice level could have been more but everything tasted home made. Sauce was creamy & consistency was prefect. Expected more protein (chicken) for the size of plate & add on price.16” Margarita pizza was just wow (5 outta 5)! Perfect combo of sauce, cheese, basil, oil- I asked for well done - the crunch is the same as back in Jersey.Staff was very friendly & attentive. Young Girl at the counter had a smile for all the customers. They were busy- we went dinner time. Place was clean but bathroom had a funky dirty water moped smell. Tables are simple rustic look. Nothing fancy. Mostly kids running the front with a couple of adults making the food in the back. They delivery up to 8 miles from restaurant.Didn’t get a chance to try dessert we were stuffed. Next time! We will def go back & try other entrees & pizzas.
