Low cost dump. Food is fair on a good day. No customer service. Lucky to get half your order right and overtime they forget any sauces, give you the wrong on and if you ask for anything. Forget about it. Plenty of food places a block away that actually can communicate with customers and not be do belligerent. Not going back. Lost a 6 year weekly customer from bad service

I went to Sam’s Seafood and ordered the Snow Crab Leg Platter for $29.99, which is supposed to come with crab legs, sausage, mussels, shrimp, potatoes, and corn. First red flag? I asked for a simple cocktail sauce, and they tried to charge me extra! Really?!
Then I got home, opened the container, and almost fell out. There was a HOT DOG sitting in there instead of sausage. A hot dog! Who does that?!
The crab legs were so tiny they looked like they came off a five-year-old’s hand, and to make it even worse, the whole meal was lukewarm. For thirty dollars, I expected an actual seafood platter, not a sad little box of disappointment.
When I called, the manager said he charges extra for cocktail sauce because “the platter comes with butter.” Sir… that is not the point! The quality was terrible, the portions were embarrassing, and nothing about this meal justified the price.

Just went through the drive thru about 2:15pm and I had to wait about 15 minutes from the order to the delivery. Now, they did have 5 people lined up ahead of me in various stages of wait as well, so they seemed to be delivering FIFO. It wasn't really any big rush time, lunch time was well past... So, I guess frying that seafood just takes a moment or 15.

While the food tasted really good, I got violently ill not 20 min after I ate it. I had the grilled shrimp Alfredo. I am still having major stomach cramps. Please check your seafood.

I was craving chicken livers and a Google search revealed that Sams had them. I must say I made an excellent choice as they were fantastic. It was a Friday evening and the place was hopping busy. I used the drive thru and had to pull out and wait but the time was minimal. I'll definitely revisit Sams in the future.
