Scooters is the best place to get coffee! At 6:30am the staff are awake, friendly and kind. The coffee is yummy! TISH is the best!! She is a one of those people that go above and beyond to make you feel special! I missed free duck day, and she gave me one the following day. Tish is one of those rare people you meet in life that make you feel special!

VERY POOR!!! Customer service. We arrived driving a 38 foot motor home. No walk up window, we walked up to the drive thru window as we couldn't use the drive thru. We were greeted in a very unfriendly way. The employee says “Do you have a car you can drive thru with, we can’t let you in here” First off, if we had a car we would not be walking up to the window. Second, we weren’t asking to be let in the building. We explained our situation and were told abruptly to “go to the back door. She then proceeds to shut the window very hard. YES, we got her point. If we knew of somewhere else close by to buy coffee, we would have left. Fortunately, we don’t live in Bradenton, FL and were just passing thru. Good customer service is essential and this place does NOT have it. A great sign to have that would eliminate this happening in the future would be: NO WALK UPS ALLOWED

Sunday 7:40am. Attendant was very rude. Probably she was very unhappy on being there. I felt so bad by the way she was talking with me that said “never mind I won’t never come back here” and drove out without purchasing anything. That’s why everybody else is at Starbucks and this business is empty.

We were the only car in the drive thru.. it was dead. The girl was very polite and friendly. We put the order in and promptly received it.
We started driving and we opened our food. The drinks were good and so was the cinnamon roll (although my step daughter mentioned it was exceptionally hot. The breakfast burrito has so much cheese, my wife said it was a gross ball goop (and she loves cheese). The sausage/egg biscuit was loaded with cheese.... The special request of no cheese was not accurate and not edible for me. Went without breakfast while everyone else ate.
It's not hard, especially not busy, to verify an order before it goes out. 1 star and won't be back. If thy can't get 1 car's simple order right, save yourself the hassle and goto another coffee place, they are a dime a dozen

Just got my first blended caramel coffee from this place and oh my god it's amazing, I have found a new coffee joint. And the staff is amazing as well.
