I just want to take the time to thank the whole entire team for making my experience exceptional. When I received my food it was slightly wrong. Nothing too crazy just missing the topping for my buffalo Mac bowl. The team members not only fixed it for me but gave me a jar of Banana pudding to make up for it. I mentioned how I had an extremely difficult day and that this meant a lot and I started getting teary eyed (sue me I’m emotional 😂) without hesitation the manager looks over and says well let’s double up on the banana pudding then ;). An exceptional team showing truly exceptional kindness. Turning my terrible day into a somewhat good one :)

I had never heard of Slim Chickens prior to today. We stopped off to eat here on a whim. We (me and a work associate) were very pleased. I had the crunchy chicken sandwich meal and he had the chicken tenders meal with two sauces. Both meals were very tasty. The atmosphere was perfect. The soft drink selection was all Coke products from what I recall. Overall, it was a great lunch experience.

The chicken tenders were extremely dry. I ordered the spicy tenders and received plain. The order was corrected but the taste was the same. Super dry tenders. It was my 1st and last time coming here. My son said that his waffle was undercooked and soggy. Dining here was a mistake for sure.
11/15/25 7pm: disclaimer no one asked me to write this Carter is awesome! Super friendly! Management, if you're reading this, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!! As a fast food employee, there's no genuine incentive to give ✨️great✨️ customer service. However it is evident Carter actually cares about his job, or at the very least just has a great outlook on life. Thanks for being a cool guy, Carter. Cheers 🫡

Excellent Service from Justin! Justin was working at the window and did an outstanding job. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and had such a positive attitude. It's a nice place much like other similar chicken restaurants and the fries were really good and seasoned nice. The chicken tenders on the other hand were not good. I got three tenders meal and the tenders were only about 3 inches long and were very tough. Fries were great and bread was ok, chicken was bad and that is supposed to be the main thing here so I would say the name fits, Slim Chickens.
