Ordered a chicken cantina bowl and got all the way home and there’s no chicken in it. This location has messed up orders multiple times where I’ve had to return. No one ever answers the phone so you have to go back.

Well run, friendly staff. RJ is a breath of fresh air! Any other T Bells I been to in all of Sarasota/Bradenton/LWR greet you with a staff that wishes they were elsewhere and your scared to interact with them.

Got the new Steak Dipping Burritos. I would not call these burritos. Very disappointed. I thought they forgot it with my order until I opened what I thought was a soft taco at the bottom of the bag. Refer to photo for size

Awful. Waited 20+ minutes for a Chalupa combo. Bathroom was filthy, nothing to dry your hands with. no napkins, no plastic ware in the condiment station. Had to call people prepping food 3 times with my order. Place was empty. Should have been my queue to leave.

Waited 50-an hour for my food only to get it without my extras and a taco. Guys easily gave me the missing taco but loudly complained about adding my forgotten extras to my nachos

You order through the app, they don’t give you all your items, and you are out of luck. I called and my options are: Come pick them up, 2 order for pick up on another day. lol. They can’t refund through their own app? Poor service…again
Takeout order was ready when I arrived but I had to stand at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before any of the numerous employees that made immediate eye contact with me and chose to ignore me standing there waiting even bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there. As a restaurant employee myself I would lose my job for this.
