The person who took our order was extremely rude to the point we just left without our food. She yelled at us because we misunderstood her when she said regular or supreme, and she said she could not make our meal without cheese (Plenty of taco bells plenty of times have made it for us without cheese she just didn’t want to)

Advice and no one to come here specially to dine in or take out I was here by myself I waited at the county for 10 minutes just for them to tell me to order off the kiosk then after I ordered on the kiosk I had to wait another exactly 8 minutes and 27 seconds for them to take my money then I watch nine cars go through the drive-thru before I got my food does management is no good and on top of that I add extra steak on my quesadilla and it didn't come with extra steak I had no steak basically

If your a door dasher beware they report the order ready and it's never ready. They will report the same order as ready multiple times. The order is not ready. They will look you in the face and tell you it's not ready after they reported it as ready.

They open at 9:00 am, we arrived at 9:05. The door was open but no employees were visible. We waited five minutes and never saw an employee, so we left. This is our neighborhood Taco Bell and have always had good service in the past.

I came through the drive thru to order some food. I’ll admit I took a second to gather my order, and I understand that can be frustrating. But I was the only one there.. the lady at the window—who was polite and pleasant started—then this lady kept interjecting while I’m ordering. She came off with this attitude and passive aggressiveness that was not warranted. I didn’t know what somethin was and asked for it to be taken off and she then talked to me like I was stupid. Crazy how she thinks she can talk to another person like that. I get it, if you had a bad day, but don’t take that out on your customers. For the lady workin the window, I feel sorry for you. For the lady who was interjecting, please do better.
