They open at 9:00 am, we arrived at 9:05. The door was open but no employees were visible. We waited five minutes and never saw an employee, so we left. This is our neighborhood Taco Bell and have always had good service in the past.

I came through the drive thru to order some food. I’ll admit I took a second to gather my order, and I understand that can be frustrating. But I was the only one there.. the lady at the window—who was polite and pleasant started—then this lady kept interjecting while I’m ordering. She came off with this attitude and passive aggressiveness that was not warranted. I didn’t know what somethin was and asked for it to be taken off and she then talked to me like I was stupid. Crazy how she thinks she can talk to another person like that. I get it, if you had a bad day, but don’t take that out on your customers. For the lady workin the window, I feel sorry for you. For the lady who was interjecting, please do better.

Called into Taco Bell late last night on drive through. First visit. Wow. Disgusting. 10 nuggets that were like bullets and a steak burrito with next to no steak in it!! See picture. Nearly $16!!! No fries, no drink, just what is pictured!

It's sad how low the bar is for fast food in this area. The last two orders here have been very WET. When l've gotten home the exteriors of the taco wrappers are wet and greasy/sticky. Also, this time they failed to leave off an ingredient that I have extreme food sensitivities to. I realized it halfway thru eating it—so where do I send the bill to if I end up needing medical attention?
No one welcomes you. No one standing at the register. Everything is diy. They refused to call you by your name. Just very unclean, the sauce packets were leaking. Just a horrible experience

Placed order with the app. Took 10 minutes to get to the store, sat in the drive thru for an additional 10 minutes while my order was made. Why even use the app? Girl gives me my soda a little over half full. When i tried to get her attention she shrugged her shoulders and threw her hands up and i could see her saying some foul words, just couldnt hear them. She didnt ask me what was wrong or anything, just poured about 2 inches of soda soda in another cup and handed it to me out the window. I said thank you, she slammed the window shut and kept talking to someone else. Got home and the order was made wrong and missing an item. Im not going back to get it. Wont be back, but that should make your employee happy. If you dont wanna work at night, dont work at night. If you dont wanna work, then dont work.
