Sushi was terrible. We ordered shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, and philadelphia. Avocado inside of them was brown and the cucumber was clearly old and had already went bad. The worst shrimp tempura I’ve ever had.

We also tried the soup and gyoza. Soup was bland and tasteless and the gyoza was hard as a rock.

We had purchased a lifetime drink card (or so they said at the time) that you can use for a free drink at every visit. Clearly by “lifetime” they meant one year because they told us that it is now expired. Probably should not lie and scam people if you expect them to come back. We won’t be.

My sister and i have been coming to Yaki for 5+ years and have tried multiple other Sushi restaurants in Bradenton and Sarasota. Yaki has consistently had the best deals, quality and the fattest rolls in town. True Hidden Gem.

Got takeout so I had hardly any experience with service, hence the mid score there. Got 4 rolls and all were nothing to write home about. Two were over $15 each. Sushi flavor profile leaned towards creamy/buttery no matter the roll/ingredients. Rolls were tiny too.

I've been going here for years now. It's clean, friendly service, fresh fish. Ocean rolls are fantastic, loaded with fish. Reasonably priced.

It is such a super surprise for me . I came with my boyfriend, we love it so much . This is the best sushi I had ever tasted. The servers are so friendly, high recommend for the guys who like sushi.

It’s okay. Nothing great. Sushi pieces are tiny and but tasty. I would not order anything other than Sushi or stir fry. The menu is too big.
