The alcapurrias and the fried fish were great. The arroz con gandules barely had any gandules in it. Also, we ordered 2 alcapurrias and 2 juices to eat while we waited for the main food, all came out at the same time and was 1 alcapurria short. It was fixed right away, but they should have been given long before the main s dishes as stated when the order was placed.

The mofongo is not what I expected, the cancan chop had no flavor and the edge was not crispy. The mofongo was swimming in a mojo of butter and garlic. I suggest that they give the mojo separately The black pudding tasted good but was cheap...it was a minced meat stuffed with black pudding

Good atmosphere and service too but we ordered grilled brisket and they gave us a pool of brisket with garlic plus it was too salty. The mofongo had no flavor, it was damaged by all the garlic chicken broth they poured into it. The only good thing is the piña colada.
