Don't let the building mislead you! This place has some of the best vietnamese food that I've had in Florida. The staff is friendly, the establishment clean and my food is always served promptly. The take out is also great as well, which I can't say for too many restaurants these days.
The food was delicious, the service was friendly, timely, and patient. We did not wait long for our food to arrive, and our waitress spent extra time with us explaining the food. We will be going back again.
