This place has incredible food. Perfectly grilled, juicy, flavorful, and plentiful. The service is friendly and very conscientious of the quality of their food. For example when I recently ordered the Parilla Supreme to go, but requested salad instead of yuca. They made sure to pack the salad separately so it would not wilt on the trip home from the heat of the meat. Most places similar to thos would not waste the extra plate. This attention to quality is evident in all they do. From the cuisine to the setting, and the music is as excellent as the food. This place deserves awards for its food. Highly recommend!

It's our first visit to Botalon, I must say that their food is delicious! We ordered a Picada Suprema ... it’s incredibly juicy meats and a sancocho with a lot of flavor!

We visited the Venezuelan food truck Botalon Grill and ordered a Pepito carne asada and a small chicha. The food was absolutely delicious — super fresh and full of flavor — and the service was just as amazing. We were helped by Angie, and she was excellent from the start to end.

The meat was so good. You definitely can order 1 order and share with another person and u will still have left overs. It's great.
Y’all this place is BUSSIN’ . We got the botalón burger and oh my goodness. It was full of flavor and the meat was tender which is unusual for a Spanish restaurant (sorry not sorry) .
The soup which is unfortunately only made on Sunday’s is sooo good.
And a got the parrilla supreme. Again tender and delicious. Not a fan of the salad though. The bread is tasty.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering through the website as the hours are incorrect (this seems to be a problem with food trucks).. but we had ordered and it said our order was ready at 3:30 but when I got there they said they didn’t open until 4:00. And on top of that they couldn’t even find my order so I did have to wait quite a while. Unfortunately they only speak Spanish here as well so that’s a bit of a downfall.
All in all, we WILL be back! 🤤
