drive through service not very good. waited a long time, they forgot one of our drinks, gave us someone else’s order, then when i finally did get my food after 20+ minutes of waiting, they rang up my order wrong and gave me something i didn’t ask for, and charged me more than what I ordered. I gave up and left. maybe inside service will be better. not a great impression

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s well deserved. I came in hungry and left borderline obsessed.

Let’s start with the ribs. They were next-level — tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of smoky goodness 🔥. The meat came right off the bone, and the Sugar Shack sauce? That sweet heat combo was crazy. I was sitting there licking my fingers like I didn’t have any manners.

The potato salad? Man. Creamy, cold, and seasoned perfectly. It was so good it made me wanna go home and smack my grandma — like, how have I been settling for basic potato salad all these years?

And the banana pudding honestly caught me off guard. I wasn’t expecting a BBQ spot to have dessert that good. Light, cold, and ridiculously smooth. It was the kind of pudding that makes you mad you didn’t order two.

Now let’s talk about Amelia. She’s a total game-changer. Super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience feel personal. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about the people she’s serving. Even with a full dining room, she didn’t miss a beat — checked on us right when we needed it and kept everything running smooth without ever seeming rushed.

If you eat here, pray Amelia’s working — she’s the kind of person that turns a good meal into a great experience.

The brisket was great, but the mac & cheese honestly surprised me - super creamy, cheesy, and just hit the spot. Easily something I’d come back for on its own!

And then the banana pudding? Didn’t expect it to be that good, especially from a BBQ place. It was legit one of the best desserts I’ve had in a minute.

Amelia made the whole visit even better. She was super friendly, quick with everything, and had a great attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares and goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of.

She’s one of those employees that stands out in the best way. If you end up eating here, hope you get lucky and have her as your server.

5 stars all the way.

The brisket was on point — perfectly cooked, super tender, and packed with flavor. Definitely some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a while.

But what really made the visit great was the service. Shout-out to Amelia — she was amazing. Super friendly, quick with everything, and just made the whole experience better. You can tell she actually cares and puts in the effort. Easily one of the best employees there.

If you’re heading to BubbaQue’s, make sure Amelia’s taking care of you — you won’t be disappointed.

All meats were dry , canned collard greens, not worth the price .

Food is good. Had the three ribs and pulled pork. Pulled pork serving with small ribs was normal. Baked beans and greens are good. Unfortunately the greens had about two fork bowls and the rest was juice. Pretty disappointing.

A cozy barbecue place with a rustic atmosphere, humorous signs, and other interesting props around the place. The service was quite mediocre however, they did the job right but there’s nothing outstanding about them.

The food is generally good, but very overpriced. It was around $20 a person, which is way too high for a fast food place. The fries and toast were good, but you have to smother the meats with barbecue sauce for them to have good flavor. Overall, has good atmosphere, but would rather go to Mission BBQ.
