Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Website was messing up and accidentally ordered food to this location while closed. Tried to call multiple times the next day to try to get my money back and the phone is off the hook. Can someone PLEASE answer?

Worst place ever charged so much money felt like I ate bread and drink coke. Coke was the best thing I paid for.

Rude Customer Service.

Closing time is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. A simple, kind approach would have made all the difference. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking during our visit. I won’t be returning.

The staff were very friendly and thorough. We ordered to go it was ready pretty fast . So many different options I thought it would be a little busier since it’s inside the Walmart but we didn’t wait long at all during lunch hours.

Tried to keep it simple and order wings, ordered a 6 piece buffalo bone in , with fries I asked very specifically can I have my wings extra krispy,well done. That’s not hard to do considering the wings are fried. The wings I got were not freshly cooked. They were soggy and seemed like they’ve been sitting out for some time and tatsed awful! It’s as if they just took the sauce on the wings and called it a day no consideration !, Considering that they were not busy I don’t understand why food is not being cooked to order, 3 crew members were laughing goofing off leaning on the counters.. I don’t often visit this location so not the best impression.

ordered on kiosk didnt have receipt paper in it so i grabbed an old receipt, they then proceeded to tell me i was lying about my order. all could’ve been prevented if they didn’t assume i was trying to get one up on them

This is what i got for almost $14 missing the tomatoes, steak was burnt as well as the bread and meat portion was less than usual. I called to inform them no one answered and you cant leave a voicemail.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I’ve had two different family members get food poisoning from this location. Staff was very nice but not worth the food poisoning

The cheese steak was good. We got a large combo that cost almost $19. It's basically a mini sub. The french fries were half full in the box. For $19 I was expecting a lot more. Unbelievably disappointed.
