Ordered a medium ultimate fry he rings up a medium ultimate fry and then when I take out my card to pay he changed the amount to large and when I mentioned it he said oh it only comes in a large but didn't say that prior to me pulling my card out.

This review is for the racist or discriminatory employee Mariam. She stated she was the manager. She refused to accept my $20 bill. She stated she didn't know if it was fake or not. Fake? Nothing about that bill appeared fake but ok, so I told her to use the pen/marker that let's you know. She said she don't have one. I asked can someone else take a look at it that's more qualified to determine since she can't. She said no. I asked why not? She just kept stating she's the only one that can do it. But i stated if you aren't capable of looking or feeling currency then you shouldn't be handling money or in this position. She said well she's not accepting it.. So here's how i know it was a racial matter. I'm a BLACK MAN. I paid for my food with my debit card and proceeded to my car where my Puerto Rican/Hispanic niece was waiting for me. I told her the situation. She took my $20 bill and proceeded into Charleys to purchase something. Mariam took her order and took the same $20 bill she refused to take from me. After paying, my niece immediately canceled her order with her, told her she didn't want the food anymore. Mariam refunded her with (2) $10 bills. She displayed absolute racist behavior, and that's totally unacceptable! But, the food is always good from this location.

Website was messing up and accidentally ordered food to this location while closed. Tried to call multiple times the next day to try to get my money back and the phone is off the hook. Can someone PLEASE answer?

Rude Customer Service.

Closing time is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. A simple, kind approach would have made all the difference. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking during our visit. I won’t be returning.

The staff were very friendly and thorough. We ordered to go it was ready pretty fast . So many different options I thought it would be a little busier since it’s inside the Walmart but we didn’t wait long at all during lunch hours.

Tried to keep it simple and order wings, ordered a 6 piece buffalo bone in , with fries I asked very specifically can I have my wings extra krispy,well done. That’s not hard to do considering the wings are fried. The wings I got were not freshly cooked. They were soggy and seemed like they’ve been sitting out for some time and tatsed awful! It’s as if they just took the sauce on the wings and called it a day no consideration !, Considering that they were not busy I don’t understand why food is not being cooked to order, 3 crew members were laughing goofing off leaning on the counters.. I don’t often visit this location so not the best impression.
