DONT GET A HOT DOG. My chilli dog was discolored and burned on 2 sides. Also had mustard & ketchup on it like they were trying to hide the fact that they shouldn’t have even served that hot dog at all. I tried calling and no answer either time I called.

I arrived at the place I asked for some breaded chicks and chips the chicken seems to have it ready and they heated it in the same fat the fat that had no one to eat it and the potatoes equally full of fat and all soft I think that this food already had it ready and overheated everything again that ugly and the food very greasy that sorrow

the night shift customer service is horrible, they’re rude, and dismissive specially the Hispanic man with the white shirt at the window and the black girl in a black shirt at the window, the girl didn’t even try to help me, when I showed her my doordash order she walked off, then the Hispanic man came caught an attitude slammed the window, then I watched him with my two eyes PURPOSEFULLY throw the customers food around in the bag without care smooshing the sandwich, then he brought me the food to the window and proceeded to yell at me… I didn’t say a word. this took place on 04/04/2024 @ around 11:20pm

BEWARE at this Checkers Location!On Saturday, March 9th, 2024. I ordered two Sourdough Melts. The order was a total of $7 and change per the rep' at the speaker when ordering. When paying with debit card, I requested a receipt. Was told by the lady at the window the receipt would be with order. It was NOT. I check my account the next day and find out a charge for $13 and change,!? I will call their Corporate to report this THEFT!BEWARE at this Checkers Location!

I ordered food here with my family in the drive-thru. I had asked for a receipt told the girl thank you. She didn't say anything. Another girl comes and just handed me my food she also didn't say anything. So I sat there not knowing if that was all of our food since I ordered a lot. The first rude employee opens the window and I asked if that was all of our food. She said yes and I said oh I didn't know because the other girl didn't say anything. I was going to pull away and was told by my daughter that the girl waved obviously trying to be rude not friendly. I then asked the first rude employee if I can have the employees name. She said no. She asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I said yes. The manager comes over looking annoyed and/or stressed and asked me what is the problem. I asked her for the employee's name who waved and she said it was Brianna. I told her that Brianna needs to learn how to speak with people. I work in customer service and I am nice even to the customers who are not friendly at all. I was never rude to these employees. I was frustrated because I am tired of spending money at places where the customer service is so poor. If people don't like their jobs then they should quit. I was literally ready to pull off, but she was being rude by waving and being sarcastic instead of apologizing. I will not be returning back to this location. It isn't that hard to say, "you're welcome" and "have a nice day."
