My granddaughter loves going there!!
It's a great place to take my granddaughter to and that's why I paid monthly for her to go when ever she wants to go.
We had a great experience at Chuck E Cheese today. I was greeted at the door by Aneeta who came behind the counter to help us because the line was long. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as we ordered. I then told Johan the photo machine was not working and he immediately came and fixed it and later dressed up as Chuck E Cheese…he does it all. The restaurant has a time slot system for parties, allowing for a set amount of time for games, food, and entertainment. The entertainment includes watching Chuck E. dance, taking pictures with him, and a music video featuring puppet versions of the characters. They have a 3 story obstacle course plus a smaller one and a bounce section.
The facility is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Recent visits noted improvements such as ready tables and having the cake cut for guests. There is a whole section of games and rides that toddlers can enjoy, and all games require only one token. The restaurant is considered a bit pricey, but it provides a worthwhile experience, especially during quiet weekday mornings when it is a great time for families. However, some customers feel that the games have changed, with many being broken and offering fewer tickets than before. Some of the games give improper amounts of tickets. Overall, it remains a place for fun, although opinions on the games and pizza quality vary.
