The young lady who took my order was polite and so sweet. My fries were fresh, spicy chicken sandwich fell short. I stayed in the drive-thru for some additional napkins. The young man making the food made eye contact with me 4 times before shrugging his shoulders at me and pointing at the grill as to say, "this is my only job bucko". The manager came over after about 2 minutes to provide those.

I purchased the XL Fries. They were so fresh. Customer service was none existent. The lady made no eye contact with me at any point during the entire transaction nor did say 1 word. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work there. I’m sure someone would love to have that job with an infectious demeanor.

I recently visited the Checkers location at 1520 W Brandon Blvd and was appalled by the lack of handwashing by the staff and disrespect ! The manager heather seemed to have an attitude, which I've noticed before during my numerous visits to this establishment. Unfortunately, I got sick from food poisoning due to contaminated food that wasn't prepared correctly. This is not the first time this has happened, and I think it's high time for the health department to...
