What the actual heck is this? These were my southwestern egg rolls that I got to go. I should have checked the food before I got home. I cannot believe somebody put this in a box to serve. It doesn’t even look safe to eat.

Me and my girls was having a great dinner. Out of nowhere there was a roach in our booth almost crawled on my daughter. Told the waiter and the only thing he said was did it affect your food!!!! Well it didn’t get in the food but now we don’t have the appetite to finish eat our food!!! He got the check and did not apologies or anything!!! Will NEVER RETURN!!!

I ate with my husband here and left my wallet. I called and got my wallet back but with my cash and gift cards missing. Management says there is nothing they can do. I tipped 20% and we were very patient. We also went in between the lunch and dinner rush and were able to provide when we ate there. They also were not able to tell me who turned the wallet in. If it was another customer I could understand. But if it is staff, I recommend everyone make sure they have all their belongings because you won’t get some back if you forget them.

The price of food has gone above the quality. The ribs were severely overcooked. Our waitress did an excellent job.
I had the absolute pleasure of sitting with Mitchell (Mitch) and he was by far one of the best servers ive ever been sat with here. Incredibly informative, brought everything out with speed and my drink was never empty. He was truly a delight to sit with!

We had rare steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. My granddaughter had burger bites broccoli and fries. My son has the rack of ribs with macaroni and cheese and broccoli. The ribs were tender the steaks cooked perfectly and sent a compliment to the cook. Burger bites and fries were good. Everything tasted great. No complaints. I believe our servers name was Nick. He did a great job. There was a party we were originally seated next to that was a little loud. At our request we were moved to another table with no issues. I would definitely come back for another meal. It had been a long time since I had been to Chili's.

We were a party of 11 and waited almost 2 hrs for our food. 3 of the 11 got sick spent over $300.00 I ordered chicken tenders that were way overcooked. It was just very disappointing as we choose a restaurant every month and this was the most expensive with the worst experience.
