Elena was great. Very friendly and attentive. (Even with the family behind us with the loud kid and constant complaints. Very clean restaurant and very clean bathrooms. We just moved here and we'll definitely be back.

Nick gave me and my partner amazing service the other night. He was very attentive when we were missing some of our order and was checking in at a great frequency for us. We come to Chili’s pretty often and no one has ever toured the menu with us before Nick, which I personally always enjoy. Ribs were amazing and so were our margaritas. He was also very friendly and loved his recommendation of cuddling my cat after the meal.

I hate cold food. For some reason they always serve cold rice. No one should have to ask for hot food anywhere. Food supposed to be served hot. So the last few times I've came here, my words: please make sure the rice is hot. And they still serve it cold.

What the actual heck is this? These were my southwestern egg rolls that I got to go. I should have checked the food before I got home. I cannot believe somebody put this in a box to serve. It doesn’t even look safe to eat.

Me and my girls was having a great dinner. Out of nowhere there was a roach in our booth almost crawled on my daughter. Told the waiter and the only thing he said was did it affect your food!!!! Well it didn’t get in the food but now we don’t have the appetite to finish eat our food!!! He got the check and did not apologies or anything!!! Will NEVER RETURN!!!

I ate with my husband here and left my wallet. I called and got my wallet back but with my cash and gift cards missing. Management says there is nothing they can do. I tipped 20% and we were very patient. We also went in between the lunch and dinner rush and were able to provide when we ate there. They also were not able to tell me who turned the wallet in. If it was another customer I could understand. But if it is staff, I recommend everyone make sure they have all their belongings because you won’t get some back if you forget them.
