Came in end an hour before closing notice grills been clean didn’t pay too much attention until I order chicken in my bowl to get 3-4 pieces asked for a bit more for worker to put a piece more ended asking for double meat and get the extra charge for then to get normal portion of meat. Maybe due to closing soon however very disappointing

I attempted to order a cheese quesadilla in person at the counter and was told that quesadillas can only be ordered online or through DoorDash. This makes zero sense. They have all of the ingredients and options to make a quesadilla yet I cannot order in person? Terrible business plan. Chipotle has permanently lost my business.

Very convenient location and usually alright. UNLESS the manager Tony is there. He`s so rude and rushes everything. I can tell the energy of the staff when he`s there or not. The food is always rushed, under/overcooked, and overall way more bland when he happens to be in the building.
Almost every time he takes my order, it gets messed up because he`s rushing then he'll get snappy about having to remake it... If he had taken his time, it would have taken less time the first time (and I do not have a complicated order.)
Do not get me started if I order for my roommate as well, he legit started on the SAME order 3 times because he kept getting them confused and began slapping anything on top which wasn't even in either of our orders. Then started to yell when I told him it was wrong... No sir, I am always polite and respectful to service workers, it honestly made me feel bad for his staff who has to feel more intimidated trying to deal with that kind of behavior for multiple shifts.
The employees and customers alike tend to have soured moods because of him. I go to this location a lot and it`s to the point where I`ll just leave the store if he`s there.
Otherwise, decent staff, clean, food is alright, and usually in and out. But that dude Tony... yea I`ll be happy the day he stops coming in all together or learn how to be a decent manager.

always dirty. toppings mixed with others because employees are always flailing food into bowls with an attitude. incompetent staff who can't get the bare minimum customer service skills down. portions horrible. and they charge who they want for queso, guac, double portions etc. while not charging others which doesn't comply with company guidelines.

There’s 3 locations within a mile of each other, this one is the absolute worst. I will drive out of the way to go to the other ones. Horrible portion sizes (“double meat” and single serving is literally the same & staff gets an attitude when you point that out and ask for more for a DOUBLE portion ), the line is always a mess and ingredients are always mixed into the containers due to carelessness and for whatever reason the flavor isn’t really there, also horrible at managing the customer line. All around the w o r s t location.

My twin sister and I come here 2-3 times a week. So it is hard to give this a bad score. We ordered a burrito bowl with chicken but the rice was overcooked and the chicken was very dry. The chips were sealed as well. The staff is friendly to us even when the customers are mean to them, but this bowls were just awful and we asked for double meat that was double over cooked chicken . Maybe it was bad day but we will give them a break

The manager Tony was very rude and arguing back and forth with me about how I wanted my food. Another employee was making my food then he came over and started rushing just throwing stuff in my bowl. I was trying to tell him to slow down because he was putting stuff in my bowl that I didn’t even want. Tony then tell me that he knows what he is doing while he proceeds to make my food incorrectly. Then he got upset and had sour cream and cheese all on the outside of the containers to where it would get on my hands if I picked it up. This man was really arguing back n forth with me in front of customers like he had to pay for and eat the food. Bad customer service!

I’m so glad they built this restaurant closer to where I live. A fan favorite and definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
A beautiful new facility that’s inviting, and easy to access. There’s even a drive-through to help accommodate customers.
I will definitely be coming here on a regular basis. It’s right around the corner from me and I’m always in the mood for some Chipotle.
