Disclaimer : Today is the first day in my life that I ever willingly choose to never eat at any chipotle for the rest of my days.
I just moved to this area and it been about 8 months since I’ve eaten at any chipotle establishment. I thought to myself , I’ll just go to Publix next door and get a quick $12 max bite to eat. I decided, you know what , let me treat myself to chipotle it’s not going to be that expensive. WRONG. I get a bowl brown rice , i notice there is no chicken left so I go for the steak , whatever. She scoops maybe half a spoonful and says “ you want any peppers /cheese “ blah blah. Mind you there is no one in line but me at this point you’d think they’d be a little more generous. Of course I don’t say anything I’m too scared to get hit with that doble meat charge ,right . I get guac and sour cream a bag of chips and a topo chico water that costs maybe $1 at Walmart , I googled it. She goes your total is $23 dollars !!!! I never thought I’d see the day that I would pay $23 for cooked brown rice . I’m not one to waste my time writing reviews but I promise you I was scavenging through my bowl for a piece of steak from the first bite . I will say everything tasted fine , everything was clean , nobody was rude . I know it probably sounds like man this guy is crying over 20 bucks, lol , that’s not the point . But I say this with full confidence my money will never be spent here or any chipotle ever again . It’s almost inhumane lol

I hesitate to eat here because the restaurant is always so filthy. The tables have never been cleaned off. I eat outside and nearly every table is filled with old food. There’s no garbage outside and where there was a garbage it’s all on the ground. Does no one care.?? I would love to speak with the manager, but who do you speak to? So disappointed. Chipotle, you can do better.!!

This Chipotle is consistently dirty and provides terrible customer service. We love Chipotle, but this location isn’t it. The food is often watery, the counters are messy, and food items are frequently mixed between containers.
The service tonight was especially disappointing. The cashier dropped our chimichurri sauce into the bag carelessly, made no eye contact, and showed no courtesy. It’s Veterans Day, and both my spouse and I served, we participated in the Veterans Day special, but there was no acknowledgment of our service or even basic politeness.
We hope management addresses these issues. Cleanliness and respect for customers should be a priority.

Entering the place, it was filthy. The food line looked disgusting and to top it off, the customer success was horrendous! The young girl behind the cash register literally threw the bowls in the bag with chimichurri salsa, and slid the bag to over the counter towards us with aggression and attitude. Corporate needs to do something about this place because it’s horrendous.
