This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. My wife never had it and i like chipotle so we went there and it will be tough to get her to try it again. The staff, terrible. The location was a mess. The way they built the bowls was actually gross. I walked in and two people walked out out if frustration, i should have done the same. They would scrape the spoon of whatever they were putting in next on top of the food in the bowl. If they wanna survive this location specifically needs a entire new staff. This place has below 3 stars on google and thats terrible. They ran out of black beans and when they got some made, they took it to the drive thru line and did not give any to the people standing inside the store waiting for black beans. Stupid

This chipotle has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone I encountered tonight was miserable, rude, and rolling their eyes. I feel uncomfortable every time I come here, and also just leave feeling crappy. It costs nothing to be kind. Even a smile goes a very long way. Not only that, but I’m always disappointed ordering from this specific chipotle. The food is always old, and the smallest portions are given. Like they’re too lazy to make more, and everything is a hassle. This store and the staff that worked tonight, are giving chipotle a bad name. Management, needs to do some managing. People I know always make the further drive to go to another location, because of the staff and food quality. Make the extra 5 mins and go to a the branding town center chipotle.

Hey I was there and I went up everything was going good till I ask for guacamole she only gave me 2 ounces because I work in the kitchen never gotten that little I didn’t even bother asking first time out of 100 times it happen I have received lil but nun like that

This was the worst bowl i have ever recieved in my entire life. I ordered this bowl online and I thought it felt somewhat light and when I opened it my jaw actually dropped at how pathetic this was.

No one and nothing should be saved at this location. I am disgusted by what was purchased and embarrassed for anyone associated with this location. For rice to be such an easy thing to cook, how do you mess that up and STILL make the conscious decision to serve it?? It wasn't one little grain, it was the majority of what was in my bowl. I spit out more rock hard rice than i ate. On top of the hard non cooked rice, there's a mystery item that I have yet to determine whether or not it's rotten avocado or a piece of runaway rubbery steak? I will fron now on, pass my own house and go to the Valrico location. Corporate should shutter this location and forget it ever existed.

Horrible! For an establishment that is relatively new the state of this place is very pitiful.. staff are embarrassed working there.. their credit card machine doesn’t work and want people to pay with cash.. the place was dirty and dimly lit.. trash cans were covered and kept away from people just because they don’t have people to clean up.. service took for ever even thought the place was dead.. if we could have found another place to eat, we would have walked out..

Chipotle themselves get a 10/10 but after years of eating chipotle, this location BY FAR has the absolute worst employees. There is not a single front line employee there who deserves to be saved. They need a new manager to fire the entire staff and start fresh. The portions are always super small, ESPECIALLY for pick up. The employees are rude. Not a single smile, thank you, you’re welcome, have a nice day.. nothing. The restaurant might be the dirtiest chipotle ive been to. I’d definitely drive a few extra minutes to the location near Brandon mall. Ramon the manager and his employees are very friendly, very clean, good portions, AND it’s even cheaper there.

Got 2 bowls and a burrito. I couldn't be more disappointed and embarrassed for a restaurant. The manager here needs to resign due to pure incompetency. Each bowl was filled half way with roughly 4 pieces of chicken.
