I called the store and B ensured that my order got redelivered with no hassle. He was very apologetic even though it was not the store’s fault. Thank you for keeping the customers happy.“

“I would absolutely highly recommend this place. I've had this cafe saved in my Google maps for 2 years and finally I was able to try it and it was amazing,( I love 2 hours away), My fuwa fuwa pancakes were made delicately, the Taiyaki stuffed with perfection, and at the end my son told the lady he was going to pop and she said I'll make you pop and gave my son what seemed like fresh in-house made ice cream, I would 100% recommend this place to anybody, especially if you love authentic Japanese food, and they have sculptures that you can paint“

“Cookies were fresh and yummy, and we watched as Alex expertly de-escalated and handled a customer complaint without providing an undeserved refund, even though his coworker was loudly disagreeing with him about it. That type of level headedness deserves a raise! Even after handling such an aggressive complaint, he then handed over my cookies with care and a smile.“

“We loved Peach Cobbler Factory so much that we visited two nights in a row! Everything was delicious! I had the Salted Caramel Brownie and cheesecake with the strawberry cobbler topping! Both were absolutely delicious! If you like Peach Tea, you must try their bottles version they sell. It was divine!! The crew is also some of the nicest people we came across. Ms. Sheila and Ms. Tameka were both helpful and have great personalities! They both had us laughing! If you’re in the Tampa area, this is a must try!“

“So good. I don't want to give a lower rating because Crumbl is great but I visited on 10/17 at 6:45 PM and the store was filthy. Counters, prep stations, floors. Just wanted to give a heads up here because I know the owner reads these!“

“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.“

“My son and I shared the biggest ice cream sundae know to man. It had every topping you could imagine and it was delicious. The sweet treats here are amazing. Make sure you try this place if you are going to Busch Gardens for the first time.“
