I heard about Insomnia Cookies from all over my social media for years so, I finally decided to try them! When I tell these are some of the best cookies I've ever had (I love finding new dessert shops both chain & small businesses to try from), these were the best cookies ever! They were warm, soft, chewy, sweet, & the staff even decorated the outside of the cookie box for me which was so cute!
