Einstein Bros. Bagels creates a welcoming atmosphere with swift service. Customers appreciate the exceptional service, especially from the friendly staff. The establishment is known as a reliable and enjoyable choice for those looking for quality bagels.
Recent reviews highlight the delicious brisket bagel and cinnamon toast bagel, though some find the pricing a bit high. The staff and manager are recognized for their efficiency in managing busy lines and ensuring order accuracy. One customer had a positive experience with the manager coordinating an order with another store after a mistake was made. The location is convenient, near other restaurants, and many customers mention the cleanliness of the space. While most orders are accurate and food is served hot and fresh, some suggest double-checking online orders, especially during busy times. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly, and customers express a desire to return.
