Check your order. I ordered a chocolate glazed vanilla cream and they gave me a powdered vanilla cream. I can't wait until A.I. replaces everyone. I'ts cold out so I have my black jacket on and now I have powdered sugar all over my jacket and my face. It looks like I just left Pablo Escobars hide out after Diddy has his way with me.

This dunkin is pretty close to my house but i would rather go to another dunkin or the McDonald's next door since where their latte machines always work like I said "Their latte machine works" because the latte machine is always never working at this location but the app still lets you order there wasting your time.

I go to Dunkin donuts all the time and this one is actually pretty close to my house, but I definitely drive five more minutes down the road to get better service at the next one. I don't know if they still work there but the workers are very unprofessional and rude and last time me and my sister went, she ordered a Frappuccino and received the wrong drink two times because the worker didn't know how to make it.

I am not a big donut? fan but my boys are so I take Them here. It's a little pricey here but the boys say this is the place to get donuts. I personally like Krispy kremes better are Blue Star down in the northwest.

Went to get coffee at 8:30pm. The attendant told me he didn’t have coffee. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts!!! He said he shut all the machine downs and said he’s trying to “work smarter not harder” therefore no coffee. ??♂️??

Anytime I’ve ever gone here which is more than 4 times the people behind the counter are usually too busy joking with each other and ignoring the customers while the line just backs up, the wait times are as long as 15 to 20 minutes, just to get someone to help you get a doughnut.
From what I can tell, the “kitchen” looks very dirty and it doesn’t seem like managers are training new people. It is the closest Dunkin to me so it sucks that it has to be always a bad experience here. You can visibly see how unhappy people are with their service.
2 times I’ve seen them help a fellow off the clock employee get their food on the side before helping the other customers.

Iced coffee at this location has consistently had a bitter taste. The quality of the coffee taste is similar to a burnt taste. Perhaps the coffee machine is not being maintained or cleaned as often as it should. Dunkin servers are polite at this location.

This technically has nothing to do with the service I received but recognition for a young lady that works there that seemed to have saved the managers life. Unfortunately there was a medical emergency and she jumped into action by calling 911 and getting him in a safe position after he collapsed. He seemed to be unresponsive but she remained calm and followed instructions as she was getting them from dispatch. Kudos to her.
