If I could zero stars I would. I stood in line in the front of the counter for 15 min. I understood why the 2 other customers in line in front of me left because they were probably standing waiting to order for much longer. Zero speed, zero quality, zero service.

Ordered hot chi tea, they gave me coffee. They replaced coffee with a cup of warm milk. I once thought they Dunkin served a really good hot chi tea, this location apparently does not know how to make it at all.

They never prepare the coffe right , some times tates like water or they miss to add something , the orders looks like they toss them or something some times they never have napkings and if they do u have to ask twice for them and if they give u some they give u only one ! , they always working mad attitude and they make ur order wrong and they get mad if u ask them to fix it im sorry but the only dunkin on the area with this problems

Dunkin is my usual morning stop, but Save yourself and go to the other dunkin down the street, this is the worst one I’ve ever been too. Horrible, rude staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Waiting in line for 20 minutes for 1 iced coffee. I asked for a coffee with cream and stevia, the coffee looked like it had neither in it. Horrible horrible experience I will never be returning here again.

Just tried the new strawberry sprinkle flavored paper bag! The icing was supposed to go on my donut but I think they just wanted to make me something special and unique! 😄

All I can say is that the food was fine, the coffee wasn’t coffee at all. I asked for a medium iced original coffee and I got a sweet tea with oat milk and 4 sugars instead. Not very happy with this thinking I’ll have a good coffee once I’m at work but when I tried it at work it ruined my morning.
Ordered a frosted donut that came in it's own bag. They put the donut inside of it frosted side down so that when I took it out all the frosting came off of it... dude really?
I've also received the wrong order on another occasion and have had two instances where the stuffed bagel minis tasted like burnt paper. Maybe they were on a heating tray for too long or something but they were totally inedible.
Staff is friendly enough but that doesn't really make up for the poor food quality.

paid 4.99 for a small coldbrew because i wanted the cereal milk and cold foam added i had ordered the same thing yesterday and it was great , i ordered it today and it was terrible. when asked to fix it the lady took it , and then handed me it back without remaking or tweaking it. Very inconsistent location its very disappointing that this isnt the first time this has happened.

My order has been wrong multiple times now. When I pulled up to the windows they listed 2 of my 4 items, then had to re order. Once I got my items it was only the 2 re ordered items and were incorrect. Asked for the 2 original items, of which 1 was incorrect.

1st bad review on google ever. Consistently incorrect on the orders and instead of reissuing the tell you to call and they’ll make it right the next day; that would be great if there phone line wasn’t dead. Ordered an iced macchiato with an extra shot- they gave me decaf that was burnt (they put the order in wrong, got labeled wrong, and wouldn’t fix it) had a double yesterday and today off 3 hrs of sleep and then got blown off. America runs on Dunkin but this Dunkin barely runs.
