Absolutely terrible. how can anyone with a brain think cooking chicken like this is okay to serve the customer? and they also refused to help me.

Servers are having to do Togo/door dash,uber eats Priority over in house guest.. servers make money on tips but outside orders. Our wait time for food once seated greater than 45 min. This location has great servers but they are being hindered by outside orders being priority. 1270 E Brandon Blvd Brandon Fl,store #36-174

Mothers Day.Location store 36-174.1270 E Brandon Blvd,Brandon FL.In-house service was poor,(60+ minute wait on food after ordering) due to management prioritizing door dash & to go orders over in-house patrons. This is unacceptable for in-house patrons.And unfair to the wait staff and cooks who depend on tips. You will have many unhappy patrons both in-house and to go.

I got togo at this location last night. I was missing a few of my items and at the time I was upset about that. But then I was violently woke up to food poisoning. I've been violently throwing up for 3 hours now. Should of known the chicken probably wasn't cooked all the way. Don't eat here

Spare yourself the horror. This IHOP is equivalent to eating off the floor at a 7-11. Smells terrible and is soooo dirty.

I love the way you're greeted upon entry Employees are always friendly, attentive, and the restaurant is clean especially the restroom. The waitress was checking back to see if we needed anything else. Friendly atmosphere

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our waitress was all alone and she sat us down. She was very sweet. But my god my boyfriend spotted a cockroach 🪳 crawling on the seat. We had to leave.
