I am extremely unsatisfied with the service that I received at this location. I ordered the Steak tips and eggs, and I asked to sub out the hashbrowns for a side of ham because I do not like hashbrowns. I was then told that they cannot sub out hashbrowns for a meat and that I would have to choose from grits or toast. I was a little confused when they told me that I could not sub out the hashbrowns for a side of ham because I have done this at other IHOP locations with no problems at all, and then my server proceeded to continue to tell me again that I could not sub out the hashbrowns so I ended up having to spend extra money just to get the side of ham with my breakfast

Took my kids for breakfast this morning. Our waiter Brandy was not welcoming at all. We had to wait for her to greet us and take our drink orders even though the restaurant was empty. She showed no enthusiasm when she finally did come over. After we received our food, she never came to check on us. My son wanted condiments but had to eat the food without them. It sucked because we're expecting great food and service.

Saturday night 12/20/25 10:00 pm slow only one other table with us staff gave us a dirty cup of water with visible oil floating in it and what looked like mayo in the cup. as we proceeded to view the menu 3 other parties walked in 15 minutes after us. We waited patiently to order our food, while we watched the waitress with blue hair proceed to take orders from two other parties that arrived at least 15 minutes after us. Meanwhile two other waiters walked around and did nothing. Super disrespectful and honestly haven’t felt this upset about service ever in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely pitiful

Went today at 10:12 AM. Ordered the breakfast sampler with 6 bacon and was brought with only 2 and the the ham and sausage, then not even 10 minutes after being served the food was brought the receipt without asking for it and without ever getting refill. When the bill was paid I had to yell for a box before kristina rushed off again. Felt kicked out and unwanted. Been here hundreds of times, a shame. The time was 10:12AM 11/21
I can order food online and it'll be ready for pickup in like 10 at the most. Open while everyone else is closed at night.

The service at first started great then out of nowhere became very weird and rude, she judged us for what it was we ordered. She was working alone so we were being super patient and nice but the quality of food came out poor. Weird substance in our food and old veggies. We brought it up to them as kindly as possible and they made it into a scene and started yelling in the kitchen about us. We ended up just walking out without eating. Hopefully it was just a one time thing…
