I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

man, i saw the reviews and still decided to give it a chance. presentation was mid, the wings were insanely fatty (specifcally the drums) and the flats were crunchy. the drums literally had like gelatinous texture, it was bad. and they didn’t come with fries :( only gonna be coming back to Chilis for them southwestern eggrolls (they’re SO good), server was very sweet though so cheers to her.

Ordered straight from the site. Was instructed via email to check in for the curbside pick up. 20 min later nothing. So I called and was told they don’t do curbside carry out and I’d have to come inside. Despite providing my contact info I was not contacted. My food and drink sat there for however long. By the time I got home my fries were so soggy, my chicken wasn’t warm, and my drinks were watered down.

Ordered from uber eats today and they aren't anything special. Fries taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and they didn't sauce all the wings.

It looks good at first look. But this chicken was either under heat lamp to long and re-cook. Not fresh cook wings to order and so sad.
fries are good but wings are not good at all, they taste like rubber, as if they’re not done.

Food was so freaking good especially the honey chipotle chicken and it came hot and fresh got it delivered from door dash
It’s really good! I love the curly fries and the spicy pineapple teriyaki is my favorite so far.
