Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I have become obsessed with this place. Their lemon Italian ice is sooooo good. In the afternoon it can get pretty busy, but they’re always quick.

Omg! What a day and to be greeted and met with such positivity by Efren and Jaila! It’s been a long, hot, and hard day and this was the best moment of my week! It’s the small things of picking up on whether or not someone is having a tough day and going that extra mile to make it better! They were knowledgeable about the product, suggested some pretty amazing flavors and helped me get gift cards for my daughter’s whole soccer team! I will definitely be returning with the kiddos for a nice sweet treat and positive attitudes with extraordinary customer service! Making people’s day better one smile at a time!

It should be a felony to mix Italian ice with ice cream (which I did not) but their ice creams and ices are great (when kept separate). They should do a collaboration with Duck Donuts next door for a next level experience.

Grand daughters like it

I recently visited the location Monday afternoon after picking up my children from school, and they were really in the mood to get Italian ice, and we’ve always been a fan of Jeremiah’s, and we’ve always loved their customer service. But as of recently, we’ve noticed that their customer service has declined rapidly, no longer a nice welcome, and no longer feel welcomed like we used to. I have to follow up with the fellow Carrie that commented before mine as well. I have to agree with her. Kayla was very disrespectful in my opinion, and the same with the other guy. They both seemed to not want anybody there and seemed very into their own conversation rather than putting their attention on us. Once again, I have to say I feel like this place has practically declined. New management has done very poorly to shape these employees. I very much miss the old staff. They were always so welcoming, friendly to me and my kids, always offering samples, and I feel like we just did not get that.
Can’t wait for the bogus copy and paste response from this company.

If I could give this zero stars, I would!! Kayla’s customer service is extremely poor. On my first visit, she was dismissive, and I assumed it was just a bad day. After a recent encounter, it is clear this is her normal behavior! She is rude, demanding, and belittling to customers of all ages. The way she spoke to my kids, and the way I have seen her speak to other children, is completely unacceptable, and she is just as disrespectful toward adults. The previous staff was friendly and patient. Kayla is neither! Her behavior makes me not want to return, and something needs to be done.

The guy working was rude didn’t say anything when I got to the window then walked away The guy working was rude. When I reached the window, I didn’t hear anything from them, so I walked away. There was a line with about 7 people, and I wasted 10 minutes waiting. It’s sad this place used to be so good.
