The only complaint I have is the size of the chicken legs looked like a wing drums 👀 .. The staff is overworked and most likely underpaid. They were doin the dam thing tho!!! They were so nice and attentive to everyone who walked in.

I went today order 5 pcs white meat, and 3 pics white meat. They put thing on the 3 pcs and on 5pcs only 4pcs. No drinks .machine is damage. No back up plan. If you ask about they offer water.

Today I went through the drive-through at the location on State Road 60 in Brandon. Ordered 23 piece meals, one white meat, one dark meat with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Also ordered a small order of fries. Got up to the window and waited for about 10 minutes while they “prepared my order”. As I was Sitting at the window waiting, I was watching one of the employees with a high-powered water hose literally spraying The bottom of the food prep counter and the floor while the other employee was preparing my food. Got my food, drove home and discovered that it was 22 piece meals, both dark meat and the pieces look like they had been cooked five days ago and on top of that, they forgot my order of fries as well. I was so disgusted that headed back for a refund and ended up being told by the supervisor that I would not get a refund because I was angry. This location needs a complete overhaul of staff. They were very rude and they literally do not give care one iota about doing a good job. I will not go back to this location.
Workers were under appreciated. The workers were very respectful, supervisors tone was rude. I ordered ahead and had to wait but honestly felt bad for staff. While waiting noticed this in full view of lobby. Why post this where the world can see how employees are treated. I understand if management is fed up this could’ve been posted somewhere away from customers eyes.
There was only me and it took them more than 15 minutes to give me the order. And the chicken pieces were like leftovers from what they had. The product was very ugly. I couldn't consume it. I am a frequent customer. But faith this place left very disappointed

I went to the Brandon location today and ordered my normal $5 deal with 2 thighs(still dark meat). Well, today they advised me that it could not be done, because it's considered a promo. Well, it's been a promo for a few months now. I've visited this location on a regular basis and it's never been an issue. Now all of a sudden you want to abide by company guidelines. The issue I have is there is no consistency here. I left and went to another location closer to my home and ordered it with no problem. Now I see why this location has low patronage.
