I put in an online order, drove 20 min to get there, waited 30 more minutes just find out they were holding my order because they were out of pesto sauce. Told them make it without pesto to then receive zero communication on my order, they were taking and serving orders before I got my food. Entire staff is clueless and I’d be embarrassed to have them employed under me.

5/5 - Had lunch here today and it was great! Food was hot and timely. Staff was really friendly, I had Lynn at the register - she was great! And the restaurant itself (including the men's bathroom) was very clean! I will definitely be coming back here! By far one of the BEST Panera Bread's I've visited. Nice job guys!

A lady is living at this Panera and the entire staff is fully aware and allows it. She arrives at 6:30AM everyday and stays the entire day. Stop by at 7pm and she’ll still be there. At times she hauls a large bag into the restroom I assume to clean up.
Update: There are 2 people living here full time. This place is basically a homeless shelter with free drinks and Wi-Fi.

I love Panera and I never leave reviews but for some reason this location can’t make a simple sandwich. I’ve complained twice now. They put a drop of mayo on my blt, I almost choked it was so dry. My friends bacon rancher had 1 piece of bacon and a drop of ranch. Wouldn’t you think that the two main things on the sandwich would be correct?

Too modern. No cozy appeal at all. This location sucks. Slow food prep & it wasn’t a skeletal crew. Just a box like a typical fast casual restaurant.

I haven't been here in a long time so I figured I'd try it again. Panera bread is WAY over priced. Spent $35 for 2 people and it was not worth it. Had broccoli cheese soup and it tasted nothing like it and had hardly any broccoli in it. The salad was very small, bread was not warm and soft.

We visited yesterday for Veterans Day and we decided to have some soup and warm bread because it was very cold outside (they offered a bagel, no cream cheese and a black coffee for veterans, but I guess they stopped that service very early on in the day ).
We could not get over how one of the managers, was screaming obscenities at her staff constantly. I was very shocked. This went on for quite a while. We ended up leaving without finishing our soup, and we asked an employee at the front counter who that person was, and if she was a manager, and she said she was the assistant manager? I was going to make a complaint, But wasn’t sure who to complain to. I was very embarrassed for those employees who were all working very hard. We come in here once a month and especially love their soup and bread on a cold day. It’s unfortunate what we had to listen to. She was screaming and cursing at the employees and they just took it. I wanted to tell her to be nice !! I wasn’t the only one who noticed, as others sitting next to us, also looked at us in shock. This is my first review. I never leave reviews. Even for bad service. I know everyone has a bad day, but sometimes, such behavior warrants a review.

The experience I had last night was horrific. The employees were yelling at each other and they were not helpful or polite in any way. They are out of everything butter bread bowls and literally anything you could think. Employees were terrible. Who the heck did Panera hire.
