Why is this place even open? There were more employees the entire time I was there than customers, And 1 out of the 5 was a homeless person using electricity and wifi. (Not that I blame him for being there for the freebies). Food was mediocre at best, no flavor and small portion size for almost $7.00, Coffee was the best thing I had there, but ran out of half and half and every employee had there BLINDERS on when I took the canister to the counter to be refilled, after a few minutes of waiting I just left it on the counter and the guy behind me in line then waited for it to be refilled, with so many employees (seemed like 8 or more) nothing on the self serve counter should be out. I will add that the place was clean, but without customers it's not going to get dirty either.

Whenever we want an easy lunch, Panera Bread is among our choices for a quick and satisfying lunch. This particular location, in general, provides a better ambiance, is clean, comfortable, and offers friendly service.

Please hire people that know how to assemble your food. Received to sloppy greasy sandwiches, cheese not even melted. Could not eat them.

Advertizes breakfast till 10:30 but the app doesn't allow you to order after 10:20.... nice.
Going right across the street to McDonald's. Their app let's me order till 10:30 (as advertized) and if you go in person they will let customers order a bit past 10:30 just in case. Crazy world we live in where McDonald's is more customer centric than Panera Bread...
Pissed! Everytime you come the bakery person is out or they don't prepare enough for the time they close Manager Cash, Asst. Mgr. very polite willing to help Panera not just this one but if you are almost out of bakery items it should be a rotation to fulfill more if you hace more than 4 hours left to be open .

Brócoli soups not well done. New young employer didn’t know how to cook. Yesterday i was so sick, up to 4:00 am. I call the store but they never admit those soup were damage.I’ll been a client for more than 25 years. Just to like everything. Please training it’s the must important for new employee. Even that i return the first soup ill shold know something was wrong. The young employee give me actitud.,I’m still so sick, i have to cancel all my activitis for today . This’s very fistrating and unespected.
