The customer service here in impeccable. I was having a bad day and suffering from a health issue which caused me to be extra shaky and drop part of my plated dine-in food. I would have easily paid for a new plate but they made a new meal and even put it in a bag to carry it easier. There was no judgement and I just wanted to say the girls working the front were so friendly and helpful. I don’t normally go to Panera but I will now.

Everything was good. There wasn't anything better or worse than what I expected. Order taker was very nice, patient, and pleasant. Food was prepared properly, and, as usual, quickly per Panera's systems. I would return to this location.

Started with confusion at drive through. But ended well. Asiago chicken stacks were perfect bagel tender and fresh (dinner stop) ice tea was perfect. Glad we stopped. Will be back.
