Really depends what shift you get. The Brandon's location in Florida will prove to show the opening team is alot more service friendly than the closing team. Would have rated higher in service so it's overall the good with the bad..

Pollo Tropical in Tampa is a great spot for a flavorful meal. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned and went perfectly with the rice and beans. Service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it. Still a solid 5 out of 5 from me!
