Love, love, love Pomodoro. I married a Long Islander and we try them all. The quest for good New York Style Pizza is never ending but Pomodoro is the top of our list. Carlos just makes it better by his winning smile and pizza artistry.

We hadn’t been to Pomodoro’s in years, because of convenience for us now, but always loved it in the past so we decided to try it. I placed our order & paid online thru their website using “Menufy”. It estimated it’d be 45 min for our order to be ready, not surprising on a Friday night. However, when my adult daughter & DIL got there, the staff had no clue about our order. The staff was clearly slammed, but the concerning part is that the manager (maybe owner?) was yelling angrily at his workers and even got very spicy with a customer, implying they didn’t know what they’d ordered. It was very uncomfortable & definitely unprofessional. After 85 min from the time of the order, we eventually got our pizzas, without any apologies or offers of compensation. They were tasty, but the overall experience was not a pleasant one, considering it was supposed to be a fun, relaxing, & easy Friday night dinner.

Tried the spinach pizza once. It was excellent , so I came back the next day as we're staying at a local motel while displaced from the hurricane. I think these guys could tell how stressed I am personally, and they insisted on giving me two free drinks. Highest possible recommendation.

I'm from Chicago.used to great pizza.this place has perfect crusts,Jersey water imported.so delicious.the pasta dishes are huge and so hot and tasty. And they only fill the cannoli when you order it.
