I went into red lobster on a slow Tuesday evening , was told I had a 20 minute wait which I was fine with .. I then got told to have a seat 20 minutes later and noticed all seats was empty almost in the restaurant.. the waitress took 20 minutes to greet us and then another 20 to bring drinks and then almost 2 hours for our cold dinner that was $98 … worst service we have had ever … had empty drinks the whole time . Went tonight and the service at the bar was terrible! He was very courteous but could not keep up. Ordered the lobster platter with the alfredo linguine and shrimp a 48.00 platter and ice cold, I'm sure it sat in the back until someone could bring it out. My wife asked for her dinner to be on the well done side and was under cooked. 130.00 dollar tab, very disappointed and won't be back! Too many other choices for that kind of money!!

Worse experience ever! I had a reservation and my party was promptly seated. We waited over 50 minutes to receive our food and every individual order was incorrect and overcooked. The manager comp 2 of the meals and we had 4 Retired military veterans and we all showed our ID and he provided a 10% off the total bill total disregard that 4 meals were unsatisfactory. Red Lobster offers a pleasant dining experience with good food and excellent service. The staff provide outstanding service, ensuring that drinks are always full and any issues with the meal are promptly addressed. Josh is a great server who is pleasant to talk to and provides a great experience with his personality, sense of humor, and recommendations. Delaney always checked in to see how everything was. The food was great, especially the lobster and crab dip. The service is great and the staff is polite and accommodating.
