Forgot my back pack inside when I went in for smoothies on Thursday. Called in on Tuesday and they said they had it but they don’t know where it went. That was only four days. Policy is usually 30 days. Manager was extremely unhelpful. Not sure if he gave me his real name but he said his name was Michael. Distinctly unprofessional and I will not be returning.
