This Sonic location is a joke. Over three separate dates trying to order takeout the restaurant confirms the order and âpreparesâ it for over an hour, constantly having to get drivers reassigned for like a couple of items that should not take long to throw in a bag- itâs âfast foodâ after all. Zero response when calling the store despite third party (DoorDash) advising to do so because âthe store is messed up.â Then why are you open? Why are you taking food orders? Thereâs zero accountability for a business taking peopleâs money and not following through.

They need to do better! We went around 11 and had to wait almost 20 mins for food. No one else was in line anywhere. Got our drinks and the tea was sour. My food was totally wrong so had to wait longer. Food was nasty.

We ordered slushyâs, and they were great. I highly recommend going to sonic they weâre very kind people. They were also quick and the slushy tasted really good.

Isnât the nicest/ cleanest looking on the outside but itâs whatâs on the inside that counts and this one ainât got shit. They never have the things advertised or shit in stock. Every time I come itâs a disappointment, they have the super crunch chicken strip meals on their screen advertising it but say they donât have it. Iâve come before and they didnât have mozz sticks, time before that they were out of jalapeño poppers, one time didnât have FRIES - basic itemsâŠ. One time was out of the soda I wanted, etc the list goes on. Either the workers are being lazy and donât want to work the fryer when it gets late or management/owners are shit at ordering stock. Every other sonic I go to is awesome but this is the closest to me and is just garbage. We retry this sonic every couple weeks just to get irritated and have to drive somewhere else. All of my friends and family have stopped coming here as well, due to frustration. We love sonic just not this one, How can I be big back and enjoy my sonic if yall are always out of something.

I just went through the Sonic on E. Brandon Blvd. In Brandon, Florida to pick up a DoorDash and the girl with the cast and sling on her arm was very rude. I did not appreciate being treated like my DoorDash order wasnât important. She kept saying here with the food in her hand as I was trying to put the two drinks down so that I could take it, but she needs to find a new job that doesnât deal with people. The order was picked up around 3:10 PM on March 12, 2025.

I love sonic and I use to go once or twice a week until I moved to Brandon. The people at the window are always kind and helpful but when I drive to sit there is always a manager that sits outside and smokes cigarettes and curses with other employees. Makes me cringe cause is she touching our food? Is she talking and spitting like that making food. Very unprofessional!

Tried to use the bathroom while waiting for our order. Was told the bathrooms were unavailable as they are only used as storage. Isn't it a state law or something that restaurants have accessible bathrooms?

12/22/24 UPDATE I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY WAS SUPPOSEDLY GOING TO REFUND. âBEWAREâ if I can give no stars I would. I purchased food for my son tonight and they gave me the incorrect order when trying to go back I can see the âmanager was getting worked up with the other associate I was talking to. I did not trust getting my child food from there because I didnât know if they was going to tamper with my sonâs food. I did say that I wanted my money back. They credited my card. It did not go back to my account And now I have to go buy food for my son elsewhere. They should have given me back Cash due to it being their mistake. So now Iâm outed my money will not be getting food anywhere there anymore.
