Ordered food from door dash. 4 things: mozzarella sticks, ocean water, supersonic breakfast burrito, and “premium” chicken bites. Received a Powerade, not ocean water. Chicken bites tastes like burnt oil and smelled like it, with 90% breading and 10% chicken. It was seriously as if someone picked out all the small bits at the bottom of the freezer bag. Completely inedible. Mozzarella sticks were fine. Was excited about my burrito because it was nice and hot. Missing jalapeños, had burnt eggs, and like 5 pieces of diced onion. Insane. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re intentionally trying to piss people off.

When I got my meal, the first thing I noticed was that my burger was straight up cold with big chunks of tomatoes, and my drink was just bad but the service was good.

Food is pretty good but your staff is incredibly rude, especially drive thru. Cashier Robert was openly annoyed over a simple miscommunication, and even raised his voice in annoyance - best part is after being short and snappy with us, he got our order wrong.

The service is good but the good ain’t good. The milkshake wasn’t even sweet. It was just like milk… literally straight milk and whipped cream. It was too watery. The food not good:/ it’s expensive too.

This Sonic location is a joke. Over three separate dates trying to order takeout the restaurant confirms the order and “prepares” it for over an hour, constantly having to get drivers reassigned for like a couple of items that should not take long to throw in a bag- it’s “fast food” after all. Zero response when calling the store despite third party (DoorDash) advising to do so because “the store is messed up.” Then why are you open? Why are you taking food orders? There’s zero accountability for a business taking people’s money and not following through.
Most laid-back and humble places to take a break and enjoy some good food in this area.

They need to do better! We went around 11 and had to wait almost 20 mins for food. No one else was in line anywhere. Got our drinks and the tea was sour. My food was totally wrong so had to wait longer. Food was nasty.

We ordered slushy’s, and they were great. I highly recommend going to sonic they we’re very kind people. They were also quick and the slushy tasted really good.

Isn’t the nicest/ cleanest looking on the outside but it’s what’s on the inside that counts and this one ain’t got shit. They never have the things advertised or shit in stock. Every time I come it’s a disappointment, they have the super crunch chicken strip meals on their screen advertising it but say they don’t have it. I’ve come before and they didn’t have mozz sticks, time before that they were out of jalapeño poppers, one time didn’t have FRIES - basic items…. One time was out of the soda I wanted, etc the list goes on. Either the workers are being lazy and don’t want to work the fryer when it gets late or management/owners are shit at ordering stock. Every other sonic I go to is awesome but this is the closest to me and is just garbage. We retry this sonic every couple weeks just to get irritated and have to drive somewhere else. All of my friends and family have stopped coming here as well, due to frustration. We love sonic just not this one, How can I be big back and enjoy my sonic if yall are always out of something.
