Starbucks is consistently reliable and always a great experience. The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps things moving even during busy hours. I’m sure they are great people, but they got my order wrong and then like made a big deal about it. Was going to re-ring it up which is fine, and after asking me for like the 5th time what I ordered I said it again so she could ring it up…she then kind of got an attitude and was like it’s fine…it’s fine, I’ll make it…
You could have totally rung it up again…or right the first time…or took the difference out of the tip I gave…all of these options are there, but you shouldn’t act like I’m trying to cheat y’all out of 20 cents or whatever it is…especially when I make sure to tip every time…

I’m giving them a one star rating because it’s the lowest. How awful it is to realize that your favorite Starbucks store it’s not longer good! I just ordered one of their new addiction products and once I got there the service was horrible. The people in this place but one , acted like they were bothered by me asking them a simple question. Will never go back there again!!! #horribleservice #saynotostarbucks
Pathetically, obnoxiously slow. Even with mobile orders that are NEVER made in the time frame quoted. You need to pad an extra 10-15 minutes onto the quoted time. And don’t expect kind employees. They act like customers are disturbing their otherwise lazy day. All this for overpriced drinks? Not for long!

This is an updated review, I was running really late and placed an order at the wrong Starbucks today, when I walked in within, not even a minute, Kylie, the young lady that was managing pick up orders double checked to make sure that I had my order in queue to be prepared and realize that she did not Have visibility on my order. Has she not been proactive? I probably would have spent another five minutes or so waiting and when you’re running late every minute counts. Way to go Kylie thank you for being proactive.
This is one of the busiest Starbucks cafes in the area. Yesterday I stopped by and the lines were long. I was impressed by Marcus who kept his calm, worked fast, stayed focused, and was very friendly. Thank you for my Java Chip with a smile young man!

Only go if there is no real Cuban for coffee and no DD (for a egg cheese bacon bagel) around, the prices at Starbucks are just rudely high
