This service is extremely slow and it takes too long to in the drive through. There weren’t many car in from of me and I’ve been in line for a while

Most of the employees here are rude, they rarely make the drinks correctly, and the wait times are always insane.

This used to be my favorite starbucks in this area. Not sure if they changed management or what has happened because recently it has gone downhill. My last three visits the drinks have been watery and tasteless. They have also been out of stock of lots of items as of late. Yesterday they were out all sorts of syrups and even almond milk, which is like a basic staple. I ended up with my fourth option b/c they didn’t have ingredients for my first three drink options. Whomever manages inventory and quality sucks. Not sure if they are trying to cut costs but it has been terrible. I didn’t go all the way to one star because the drive thru employees are still always pleasant. Such a shame as this location used to serve well made drinks and was very good in all respects. I am assuming there must have been a change in mgmt or something because they have been consistently bad my last couple of visits.

This location is almost always insanely slow. Don’t go if you have any where to be. Pulled up to the window after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the barista disappeared for 5 minutes. Only to come back with the wrong food, one drink watered down and one drink not even made yet. Extremly poor service.

I don’t know what is going on with this location but the service is painfully slow even when they aren’t busy. I was the only car in the drive through and waited for almost 20 mintues for one drink had I not already paid I’d have left. The employees were arguing over a drink order and both unprofessional. Both times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait, I’ve never had such poor experiences at a Starbucks this one is very poorly ran with some mediocre employees.

This location has severely gone done hill , baristas scream at you when they made your drink wrong and you ask for a refund. Jonah makes up company policies on the whim and Jake needs better management training and if he isn’t the manager a real one needs to be on site during week day mornings. I will never return after my horrible experience today.

Had I rated this location on E. Brandon Blvd. and Mt. Carmel in the past, it would’ve been a five star. Everyone else has always been great…But today it’s a two star. Walked in to get my drink, ready at 1p arrived at 1:06p, and no drink. Guy behind the counter looks around and doesn’t find it and acts aloof like he didn’t believe me. I showed him my receipt and he continues looking around like it must be there and hasn’t yet offered any solution as he stood in front of me. So I suggested either refund me or remake and instantly his attitude shifts like he was about to get to the point but said “you cut me off”. Poor form, bad customer service. Never offered an apology that my drink for “Crystal” was clearly picked up by someone else, probably the guy at the counter sipping a pumpkin chai who bolted as soon as I asked where my drink was.

After having a drink at this store, I went to my car to leave as a delivery truck pulled up. It proceeded to park directly behind my car and two others, completely blocking us in and stayed there, leaving me stuck for a little over 30 mins. I spoke to the store manager about how I was now late to pick up my daughter, and was trying to understand why it was permissible for a delivery truck to block in customer's cars during store hours. I was told "sorry.... I don't know what to do." Very frustrated and disappointed in the complete lack of regard for other people's time and convenience, and poor customer service.
