The food was amazing, the gentleman that served us was named Q, and his service was above and beyond, superb attentive!

My boyfriend and I were craving banh mi and fresh rolls, so we checked out this spot since it had great reviews. We went in on a weekday before dinner rush, ordered to-go, and were told it would be a 25-minute wait. Cool, no problem.

We walked around the plaza, came back after 30 minutes… and the food still wasn’t ready. No update, no “hey sorry, we’re running behind”—nothing. By 45 minutes, still nothing. In total, it took over an hour for a small order. I understand staffing issues and unexpected rushes, but don’t tell people 25 minutes when it’s actually triple that. Plenty of other customers around us looked just as frustrated.

On top of that, we were overcharged and charged incorrectly. $40 for one banh mi, two fresh rolls, and fries? Be serious.

And the food? The fresh rolls were soggy, flavorless, and literally falling apart in the container—ripped, mushy, almost diaper-like. Super disappointing.

The folks at the counter were visibly stressed and were trying to be polite, but honestly, don’t take more orders than you can handle. It’s not fair to customers or your staff.

Overall, just a frustrating experience from start to finish. Not sure we’ll be back.

Phenomenal pho, friendly staff, small space with only about 8-10 tables so plan ahead for groups!
