It was okay. Salsa and margarita was great. The rest of the food and the service was alright. The atmosphere was good and the inside of the building was well decorated. We will probably go back.

We’ve eat at Tres Amigos ant least twice a month and the food has always been good, and the service this time was also solid. However, our most recent visit completely ruined the experience for us. We were seated next to a couple who brought their small poodle into the restaurant — the woman carried it around like a baby and had it sitting in the booth with her. It was clearly not a service animal.
For the restaurant to allow a customer to bring a pet inside and seat it at a table where people are eating is completely unacceptable. It’s one thing to have a service animal, but this was not that. The lack of enforcement of basic health and hygiene standards shows very poor judgment on management’s part.
I had said before that I probably wouldn’t come back because of a bad experience before but my wife really liked the place, so I have been going back. After this experience, we both agree that we will not be returning.

This is an amazing Mexican restaurant 😍. It's like we are in Mexico 🇲🇽 city. They have a fountain ⛲️ in the middle of the restaurant. Plus a guitar 🎸 player as well. It's like we are in the movie 🎬. Desperado, with Antonio Banderas. I'm bringing my mom here. An amazing dinner experience 😋.

Went to Tres Amigos Cantina for the first time last night 5/30/25 with my significant other, we were just wanting to have some Mexican style food came across tres amigos and looked up where it was and reviews. Looked promising for a place to go for the first time regardless of the small bit of negative reviews. Well those negative reviews went out the window of our thoughts when we got there. The wait was not long given the time. The waiter “Julian” I believe that was his name he was FANTASTIC! Really fantastic! He was kind, he checked in us often! His recommendations for my dish for the first time was great! His hospitality was awesome! Just want to say too, I recommend the Birria Tacos! & the Fajita Bowl with the Carnita! (“Julian” recommend carnita and I’m glad he did!) was delish both dishes! The meltdown melon margarita I had was delish too! Quite refreshing in this Florida heat! Also want to say the chips and salsa .. man that salsa was delish! Tipping my hat to you guys for that salsa! “Julian” our waiter also said they had a spicy version and I love spicy! He was awesome to bring us some when we asked for it. And it did NOT disappoint! It was so good! So for our first experience at this place I say we enjoyed it and enjoyed to food was delish!
