First of all, In the 30 years of living in the Brandon area doing business with many of your wonderful restaurants I have only written 2 reviews, 1-a roach in my food that I put in my mouth and the owner tried to argue with me that it wasn't a roach even though I had it in my hand, ! Then today, I offered lunch to my office staff--I work remote-I called to make payment for the food, the person that answered the phone was yelling to another person complaining how tired she was that her brain wasn't working because of her nightlife. I waiting until she came back to me, we I tried to pay she told me-we don't accept payments over the phone. Oh boy, this is a problem my office staff was on her way to pick up the food-I asked if they could help in any other way of speak to the manager-I stayed on hold for several minutes-the dining room manager made it clear they could not take my card. I asked again for options she had no reply. I continued to ask for options-no suggestions...I asked if I pay it through the website she said sure. but I did not know what they ordered-she stated she could not help me. I asked is the order ready said- replied yep! NO help...In sharing with her how disappointing this was and the way it was handled I told her I would never purchase again. She replied with a snotty-OK and hung up! They wonder why sales are down ?Our corporate offices need to do a better job of hiring and training!

I've been here several times and it's usually very good. But today the salsa tasted like the cleaning products they used on the dish and the chips were stale. My chimichanga was overcooked, almost burned. The server was not very attentive. He didn't even ask if we needed anything else, if the food was ok, if I needed a box, etc. We got there at 11am when they opened so the place not very busy.

Foods mediocre. Not great. Not bad. Good spot to grab an authentic quick mexican but not somewhere I'd take a date. Chilis has much better food for similar pricing imo. Inside could use some remodeling/updating. They are very fast service compared to other places in the area

Oh what can I say about this place! Love everything about it! ? It's one of my 2 favorite Mexican restaurants. I go there often. I love the fact that each person gets their own salsa. I like to double dip the amazing salsa!Parking: It's so crowded it's sometimes hard to find a spot. (They are that good!)
Lunch here with my daughter last week. Both ordered fajitas and hers came out with long black hairs on the plate with the sour cream and guacamole. They never offered us anything except a new plate. Never offered to take it off the bill. Handed us a check for $60Disgusting
