“me and my friend came around 9:30pm and i got a large matcha with flavoring and when it came out it didnt look very green so i asked carter, our brewista, if it was a matcha like i ordered since it didnt look green and he explained very kindly that yes, it was but sometimes the flavoring can discolor the drink. he was so kind to ask me to try it then and there so he could remake it for me even though i felt bad and said no, he insisted and was so so sweet! if you have bad anxiety like i do and are scared to ask for changes, dont be here! everyone (ESPECIALLY carter) is so kind and you wont have an ounce of anxiety. everyones so laid back and easy to talk to and they genuinely care about community and making people happy. ive been coming since they opened this new location and i wont be stopping! thank you carter and other brewistas!“

It took me by surprise because, shouldn’t people always be nice?
