“At about 10:20, Nov 14 I pulled up to the window for a drink. There was a new associate working at the window. I messed up my payment and had to fix my card then drive back around. When I got back to pay the associate and I'm assuming shift manager had allready taken care of the drink for me and told Me not to worry about it.
What a wonderful surprise. The woman (I think manager) and new associate at the window were very friendly and professional. I was dumbfounded at the courtesy and awesome personality of them both. Please give them a pay increase as this kind of service is rare nowadays!“

“Wonderful atmosphere, a Monday must for me. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese on pumpernickel but today they had sourdough rye! Laura's choice latte and the chicken corn chowder soup is my favorite!“
“This drive-thru coffee shop is new and wasn't busy when I came by, but it took moment to get my 3 coffees. I assumed it because it's new and people are getting their bearings. I've been to other locations and have always had good experiences.“

“Of course the coffee was great… it’s Starbucks! But we were super impressed with the staff from walking in the door. Totally greeting everyone with a smile, they were friendly and welcoming. Such a great energy, especially early in the morning. The shop is clean and awesome. A highly recommend stop!“

“Amy’s on the Avenue is an absolute hidden gem in Crystal River and a must-go spot for breakfast! You can really tell the care that goes into each item, especially the baked goods. The highlight was when Joe came out with a tray of fresh cinnamon rolls straight from the oven… unreal. On top of the amazing food, the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. Friendly, cozy, and delicious — this place is a must go place!“

“The morning crew at the Lecanto location inside the mobil station are the best group of women. They are always cheery and work very efficiently. They help out when the app is not working and make sure everyone gets their orders in a timely fashion.“
