My husband and I were in Brooksville fir a baby shower. We came from Pinellas County. Stopped in at Papa Joe's on a recommendation from a friend. What a delight. Waitress was Janine, she was awesome. The food was fantastic. I had eggplant parm, my husband had pasta with meatballs. We had mussels with red sauce. The bread is incredible. Don't forget desert. We had a Large piece of carrot cake. Will make the two hour trip back for a meal at Papa Joe's.

Her name was Trinity- her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our table was always tidy. Her timing was spot-on, giving us space to enjoy our meal while being available the moment we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We love this place! The food, staff, atmosphere all amazing! Our server Laura was so sweet taking time to explain things and her recommendations are spot on! We just need an extra stomach because the fresh flavors make you keep eating even though you’re full. Everyone helps each other such a top notch place and the atmosphere is perfect for a group or a romantic dinner. These guys have been here for so long because they do it right and I am so happy to have found our special place. Laura thank you for making us feel like we have been coming there for years you make it worth driving an hour each way to enjoy the most amazing food. Don’t change a thing oh yeah and the prices are so reasonable for what you get you can’t go wrong!
Loved eating in the outdoor dining area. I had the eggplant parm. Delicious. The staff very efficient and friendly. A lovely authentic Italian meal

Wow. I was surprised!! Got the Pomodoro, substituted angel hair. Added grilled chicken. The chicken was much thicker than you get most places these days. Very clean tasting and grilled perfectly. Tender, moist with great herb seasoning. Honestly the Pomodoro was incredible. Bursting with flavor. I will be back every time I’m in town.
We got together with friends and spent the afternoon, enjoyed the food, chicken gio was to die for.

Have been there several times . It is our favorite Italian . Was there over the weekend party of 9 made reservation , seated right away . Took long time to get our drinks (soda and water ) appetizers , salad etc . Food came out at different times and half our party was done by the time others got their food. We told them to eat and not wait . Very disappointed. Food was cold by the time it arrived. It wasn’t very crowded in our room many empty tables .
