Busy restaurant. It took forever to get our food tonight. I think it was about an hour from our order to food on our table. My wife's lasagna was excellent. My chicken Parmesan was under cooked and rubbery. They insulted me by offering to take half off the price of my undercooked, rubbery chicken. I guess their half price chicken was more important than a fully satisfied customer. The chicken Parmesan was gross!
We have been going to Papa Joe's for a long time we have ordered some food trays for our sons wedding We take our family and friends who visit us there all the time love the food and especially their deserts
Horrible customer service from the MANAGER! I called in for a take out order. She failed to mention there would be a $6.50 up charge for each of the plates. 3 plates = $19.50 more. And when I spoke to her, the excuse was because I’ve ordered from there before she assumed I knew that on Sunday’s they don’t sell from the lunch menu. A $40 order turned into $60 and she was rude when I wanted to speak to her about it and did not try to make it up to me at all. I’d like to...read full review
