Was riding by and smelled the smoke. Turned around fer some ribs....if they were only as good as the smell that drew me there.
I got 4 ribs, no sides, 12 bucks..
Extremely hot, as if they were microwaved. They said they were not.
They were dry on one end, chewy dry. Other end was fatty enough to keep both the flavor and the tenderness.
Not nearly enough rub to sustain the flavor beyond the top layer. With all that smoke drawing me in...no smoke flavor on the meat....read full review
Been going for a couple years and always loved it. This last time though, not so much. Ribs had VERY little meat on the bone and extremely dry. Daughter had wings, very dry and tough.
