Her name is Lucille. She was absolutely phenomenal. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 plus years I’ve always given my tables the type of service that I would like to receive when I go out to eat and that very rarely ever happens but today it happened! Today I was blown away by the kindness, efficiency, and personality my family and I received. It’s hard to go out to eat with a 1 year old. Food arriving on time is a must when serving littles because the parents don’t necessarily get to enjoy their own meal if the food all comes out at one time. Lucille made sure we had a quality experience by not making us feel rushed to order our own food. She really was the highlight of my day because it was so nice to be served by someone who actually cares. I like to give credit where credit is due and this girl deserves some recognition! I hope one of the managers sees this post and actually recognizes the pride she takes in her job and thanks her for being an outstanding employee. “The servers are consistently to notch. We went for dinner this time and Errol was great and attentive. Dinner was great and nicely spaced between the bread, salad and dinner. We had time to enjoy our salads and bread before dinner. It was relaxed and not rushed.“
