Extremely slow service we had Natalie and she was absolutely horrible! Rude didn’t understand we wanted a strawberry banana milkshake , she would just look at you stupidly like she didn’t understand. We sat in line 15 minutes behind one car and all they got was one ice cream cone, when our turn came we paid 37$ for 3 regular hand dipped shakes that came 20 minutes later and were melted and extremely soft. Was in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes - pulled up to the window only to find the closed sign. Prior visits have been slow service along with sub par quality ice cream. Will not return at this point.
went tonight to get ice cream for me and my 2 grandkids. it was already getting dark so I went through the drive thru. when I got home the order was completely wrong. I called immediately so I could get it corrected but I was told all sales are final and it was my job to make sure it was right.
