“My bowl I get every time I go there is always delicious and full of flavor, however today I got the same bowl I usually get and it had a huge piece of the avocado shell in it. I didn’t catch it at first because I always mix everything together so I bit it, and it was just not a great experience. I really love chipotle and I’m sure this was just a rushed mistake as this is the first time it’s happened to me. Everything else was great, atmosphere was and is always very clean!“
“i go to this chipotle a lot, and am frequently disappointed by the customer service…. but recently it seems they have new staff and are being very well trained! just wanted to leave this review here so whoever’s in charge knows the staff is changing things for the better. i came in today at 12:45 pm and was pleasantly surprised by how polite the young girl making the food was, and the guy at the register who i don’t think is very new was nice as always. :)“
