Had dinner here with friends. Party of 4. First impression was there is no designated parking so we had to search around for public parking. This place is small and cozy. It is nicely decorated and the ambiance is good. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Not to many choices for specials. It has a short menu. I had the coal fired pizza it was good but the toppings could have been better. The chicken Marsala was good also but we’ve had better. Very expensive for what you get.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! This was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly cooked, and every bite was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the cozy, intimate atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to come back.
Great place for an intimate dinner with your significant other or a nice setting for a good group of friends.

One of the best Italian places I’ve ever been to and you’d never know it’s there driving past - by far my favorite in SWFL. Great food, service, and a cozy environment.

The $36 pasta dish could feed a child but not a grown adult. The food was lacking flavor and left a lot to be desired.

We went a month ago with friends and loved it so much we went back for my daughter's birthday. Wonderful food, amazing service, appropriate pricing. Ah, and great wine!

Can’t believe it took us so long to discover this place. Looking for a Long Island quality local neighborhood Italian restaurant. This is it! Amazing atmosphere and the food was top notch! We will be back! Our server too; did a great job!

The pizza was fabulous…sauce was great. My bolognese was to die for. Portion very generous, had for dinner and two lunches. There take home containers are much better than styrofoam.

My frustration is because I felt blind-sided and lied to.
Some friends and I wanted to try a new restaurant for our weekly night out. I found this on Google Maps.
Then I always check the hours and days a restaurant is open.
On line it says it opens at 4:00.
Ok. So we get there right at 4:00, expecting to be seated right away as there was NO ONE there - waiting nor seated. We we all thrilled. Then the host said “these tables inside are all reservations, but you can choose any table outside”. That went over like a lead balloon. I said “You open at 4, we are here at 4, there is noone else here”. It was hot outside. The host checked again and said “You may have this table here - they won’t be here until 6:00”. We accepted. Food was out of this world. We will never recommend it to any family friends or coworkers because of how we all felt. Now if the owner puts something on their website disclosing that only outdoor seating is available at 4:00 without a reservation, then I will remove this review completely
We were there Wednesday April 15th. And we did try to make reservations for 4:00 but your websites reservation time choice doesn’t begin until 6pm

Trattoria Ciao has always, and was again last night, been an excellent meal. The atmosphere is that of an old world Italian restaurant. And, on top, the food is always top drawer!

Overall it was fine.
The price is higher than most and is restaurant is small, so I would absolutely say reservations are needed.
We took my mom for Mother’s Day, our preferred Italian Restaurant was not open on Sunday.
The menu is limited as a lot of what they serve is pizza. Plus no vegetable or salad comes with the meal.
Parking was difficult as they have no restaurant parking and you must park across the street and my mom has a walker and is very limited in her walking.
Although it was fine I don’t foresee myself going again.

I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. They were ready on time as they predicted and my family enjoyed the authentic taste and simple ingredients. They were quite like the pizzas we experienced in Milano.
