Fernando, our waiter was amazing and so was the food! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that lives here who is visiting the area and asked for Fernando!
Outstanding food and service from Fernando. I rarely am able to get Osso Bucco in a restaurant. Trattoria Ciao's Osso Bucco was scrumptious. The portion was plentiful and sauce extremely rich. The bread (pizza-dough-like and crispy) worked well to soak up the sauce. My wife and friends also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Prices are very fair. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and worth the trip from I-75. We will definitely return.
Love this place, super good food, best pizza in town and amazing service. We will be back. Highly recommended.
We ordered a pizza yesterday it was outstanding. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Nice little Italian restaurant with excellent and authentic wood fired pizza. The gnocchi with basil cream sauce was a pleasant surprise.
Food was great. Server was attentive. Somewhat limited menu, but what is on it was good. Nightly special was very good.
This is an amazing restaurant that should be getting more publicity. The live music was great and our server Hudson was fantastic - so well spoken and attentive. All the food was really good; meatballs, gnocchi, and house made desserts. We will definitely be back again.
My Husband and I have been in the area for three months. We just recently retired from owning our own restaurant for 25 years. Every time we went out to dinner we always say at the end of the experience, we should stay home, we could have cooked it better. This place was absolutely amazing. My chicken parmigiana was so tender, cut it with a fork, melt in your mouth like butter. You absolutely need to eat here.
My wife and I love this little gem of a restaurant. Great place for a quiet, intimate date night dinner.
There is no shortage of Italian restaurants in Cape Coral, FL, but there are none with the unique combination of chef, wood-fired pizza, and live music in a cozy lively dining room. This was our second visit and we are starting to regularly bring our friends. Have the prosciutto burrata, the meatballs, any of the pizzas and the pork chop. Great Tiramisu, as well.

This restaurant reminds us of Little Italy in New York. Dishes are homemade and always delicious.
Not Recommended! Do not trust positive reviews on Yelp. The overpriced food was tasteless. How anyone cannot make a decent salad and Italian dish with flavor escapes me. Never in my life have I had Italian pasta and sauce with so little flavor. We should have left when there were only 4 other people dining when we walked in with reservations at 6:30 pm. Next time we will trust our instincts.
Food and service were excellent... you're not going for the ambience. I would definitely recommend Trattoria Ciao to anyone who's looking for a great dining experience
If haven't been to this place you have been missing out. Delicious food, all of it! I felt I was eating at home with a personal chef. The gnocchi is my top recommendation and the pizzas...I couldn't stop eating.
Not at all like the previous owners. Food did not come out on time, waiter never checked in and food was poor. Waiter told us they were having an off night.
