Jersey Mike's Subs in Cape Coral

“My husband and I stopped by Jersey Mike's on Thursday, July 9th, and had a great experience. We ordered four subs, three of which were hot cheesesteak-style sandwiches. As we were about to pay, I noticed that one of the subs was missing from the order. I mentioned it to the staff, and they immediately fixed it without hesitation.
Honestly, mistakes like that can happen anywhere, especially when multiple similar subs are being prepared at the same time, and it wasn't a big deal to us at all. What really stood out was how the team handled it. Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuinely apologetic, and their customer service was top-notch from start to finish.
The staff working that day also did a fantastic job and were wonderful to interact with.
I also want to mention the wait time because the staff seemed concerned about making us wait. Personally, if I'm ordering fresh subs and cheesesteaks made to order, I fully expect that to take a few extra minutes.
The team was professional, kind, and handled everything perfectly. In my opinion, what sets a business apart isn't whether mistakes happen, it's how they respond when they do. Jersey Mike's absolutely nailed it. We'll definitely be back!“
