Arrived 30 min before our reservation & they seated us right away! 4 adults, 2 kids - everyone ordered something different & all were delish. The grouper Reuben & rib grilled cheese sandwiches were BIG! Meatloaf tasty & margarita pizza very good. Recommend the key lime martini!
Our server, Nikki, was the absolute best. They need to print new menus as the salmon dish says both soy and no soy.
Service was pleasant and adequate. The food lacked something in presentation and quality, although my crab cakes were quite nice. The sides were decidedly unappetizing, particularly the Mexican rice covered with black bean “goo”. If you're looking for the basics and you're hungry, this will do. But it doesn't distinguish itself
Drinks were good, shrimp appetizer was good, and service was good. We both had steak frites - the steak was perfectly cooked. The veges had no seasoning on them and were crunchy. The fries were okay.
Laura was awesome can't wait to go back delicious food and atmosphere

Service is good, nice, somewhat attentive. Meatloaf drenched in below par marinara. Grouper also overdrenched, too sweet, not sure if rice was attempted to be cooked or just thrown raw on the plate. Breakfast ok, potatoes lukewarm, bacon cooked 3 hours before.

Nice dinner! Beautiful view of Gulf. Especially liked Calamari appetizer and great cocktails!
Service was subpar. Food was good but the lack of service made the experience poor. Will not return.
Positive things first, service was excellent, crab cakes were great and our drinks were top notch. Negatives, queso dip was not smooth or hot, burgers were frozen patties, I wouldn't go back, not up to tween water's standards.
Very disappointed in the quality of food. The breakfast menu looks great with a lot of unusual selections but the actual food was not. I ordered the Grand Marnier French Toast. It was basically a regular French toast with no trace of a Grand Marnier or orange flavor. My side of chicken apple sausage was overcooked and dry. My husband ordered the Seafood Sauage Omelet. When he first tasted it, he called the manager over because he thought they had served him the wrong omelet. It had absolutely no seafood flavor. It was primarily eggs with spinach and very dry. Also his side of potatoes was tough and rubbery. It seemed like all of the food was prepared ahead and reheated when ordered. Disappointing for a restaurant at such a beautiful resort as Tween Waters.

We went in for an early dinner and had a great experience. The shrimp tacos were wonderful - light, with just the right amount of spice. Wonderful view of the water while we ate. Service was great as well.
We had excellent meals at the Shipyard while staying at Tween Waters. We particularly enjoyed the Shipyard Pasta, which may have been the best pasta I've ever had! We also enjoyed the Salmon very much. The servers each night were attentive and sweet. We will be back!
Honestly, it was just ok. I believe I had a frozen burger pattie and frozen fries, so that was disappointing. I will say my Cosmopolitan was delicious! Kudos to the bartender! I did not get my request for a window table. My husband did say his ribs were delicious. Thank you.
The Shipyard was fantastic! Service was perfect. Food was excellent! Super cool restaurant inside also. Very coastal feel and vibe. Ate there three times in one week since we stayed at the Tween Waters Inn (which I also HIGHLY recommend as a place to stay on Captiva Island). We will be back again and again.
Excellent food that became our go to restaurant at Captiva. Consistently great food and service.
